Can not trust them or their posted hours. We had an emergency tire replacement arrived at 4 when they "close" at 5. Two employees were walking out and refused to help us.

Went in for a “quick” lane for a 2023 F250 oil change. He said “it won’t be quick but we can get it done, it will be 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’m sure this is what Ford had in mind with coming up with the quick lane. Even the young Valvoline oil changers can do it in 30-45 mins tops. I’ll just head there instead. Change the name to “not quick” lane so future customers don’t get the wrong impression like I did.

Over an hour & a half wait for an oil change. Took talking to 3 people to even get the appointment. Then paid $173 for an oil change and a air filter. Caught attitude for telling them i was ready to go. I have had so many other problems with this dealership. This place is NOT worth your time or money. I called and complained and got a refund but I would NEVER pay that much ever again.

Unfortunately, “Quick Lane” is misleading, I have been here for over 2 hours for a basic oil change. My car’s returned with oil on the door handle and oil all over the skid plate. I can only suggest that leadership focus on hiring people who are passionate and qualified doing this job. Anything else is evident in the final result Service advisor is friendly, otherwise I would rate as one star
