I had a fantastic experience with Maaco Paint and Body! Bill and his team did an outstanding job on my 2011 Subaru Legacy — the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the end result looked amazing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a great value. Thanks again, Bill and team!

Update to prior review: My Jeep got hit and I took it back here about 6 months after my first visit. Awesome job again by Bill and Vince. They do quality work and both times I’ve been here the final bill came in under the initial quote. Prior review: Bill and the whole team were outstanding! Finished the work faster than originally quoted and came in under the quoted price. It was a great experience. They’ve earned my business for life.

The price was very reasonable. The owner and everybody else is really nice and I understand when things happen, like there paint booth went down. After bringing fender flares home, the color doesn't match and some areas the paint is patchy. You get what you pay for. I really like the people there so next time I'll bring my truck so they can match the paint better.

Vince and the guys did a great job with my car. I had peeling clear coat, unpainted panels, and scratches everywhere. Got it done very quickly and it looks perfect!

Bill and team were super friendly and responsive. I called Bill a day before I was leaving for a vacation to see if I could get my car painted while I was gone. He was happy to accommodate. I had multiple messages and an email when my vehicle was ready, and when to pick it up. When I went to pick it up there were some items I wasn't fully satisfied with. I was told not a problem, to come back later and they would fix it no problem. I feel like my comments were listed to without an issue and when I came to pick up my vehicle was all fixed up and I was once again allowed to do a walk around. Highly recommend for a friendly, accommodating atmosphere with a good price point.

Very pleased with the paint job that was done on our 2011 Liberty, looks great, and wasn't over priced. Everyone there was always willing to answer any questions and very courteous.

They did a great job with my 1978 Impala. They took care of the rust and transformed it from poo brown to a beautiful blue! They were very friendly, and kept very good communication the entire time they had the car.

Bill, Vince and team did a great job on my 200k mile tundra. This the second full paint they did for us, the other a 99 Tacoma. The value is spot on for the service.

Changed the total outlook of my 2001 Camry. Vincent gave me a quote. Took my car in 2 weeks later. My car was ready in a week and it looks like a totally different car. I love it. Thank you Vincent/Maaco.

I had my Nissan Rogue 2015 car done by Maaco, Cherry Road in Rockhill, NC. Bill Capel was a pleasure to work with. The car took a little bit longer to finish because of the parts availability. In the end, he even discounted the price from his original quote because I waited that long. However, they did a really good job restoring my car. See the "before" and "after" work that they did. Now it looks like new! Thank you, Bill and team! You guys are awesome!

Brought an old Ranger into this shop and it came back looking pristine, almost candy paint levels of paint job. Obviously MAACO has great prices, but Bill is easy to work with and great to talk to as well. They even did some detailing that the truck needed without any extra charge.

They recently painted a bumper and trim piece for me on my wife’s 4Runner. Came out great. Definitely would recommend this location.

This was my first experience with the Rock Hill MAACO location. Bill was easy (and pleasant) to work with, provided solid communication and the paint job was an excellent match to the rest of my car. Looks great! Thank you to Bill and his team for terrific customer service. I drove 30 miles to Rock Hill so that Bill could take care of my vehicle for me!

Our work truck looks great again. Our employees did a lot of damage and Maaco made the truck look new again. I was a little nervous because I went to another body shop and they quoted almost 4 times the amount. When I met Bill, the owner, he assured me he could handle the work, at the price he quoted. They exceeded our expectations. Customer Service from the entire staff was wonderful. Every one was very polite and pleasant. They even called to keep us abreast of the progress of the repair. We will recommend as well as send more business his way.

To be honest I was expecting good work, but if you want it done correctly I insist you go somewhere better. They ruined my paint on my bumper. It started peeling not even a week later. On top of that they didn’t my bumper on correctly they zip tied it on. They played with my car like it was a toy. Or a project. My under body for my vehicle came off on and almost caused an accident. I ended up taking it somewhere else and having to pay more in repairs. This is not marketable and un acceptable. DO NOT GO THERE they will ruin your car. Once again DO NOT GO THERE ALL trust me

To start off with I realize this is on the cheaper end of paint jobs and I wasn't expecting perfection. What I was expecting is honesty and transparency and that's not what I got. This was my fathers car who passed away and I Trusted Bill and his team and that was a mistake. To begin with the time frame. I was told a week to drop it ended up being around 4. I was told around a week to paint it ended up being 2 or 3 weeks for the first time. This is when the issues really started. The paint job looked horrible. I was expecting some orange peel but not to the level where there was zero reflection on the clear. I was told the whole car would be repainted. 3 weeks past and was told it was ready as I get out there the car was not repainted and looked the exact same except this time I notice that when trying to reattach my door key cover they glued in on instead of using the set screw and had glue all over the door. They told me they would fix it and "repaint the car again" almost 7 weeks past and I finally get the call/ text again that the car is ready. Once I arrive I see that the clear coat actually has some reflection and because of my strife with Maaco I decided to take the car as is since the handle was fixed and the clear has some shine. I open the car door and instantly see grease all over the seats, the interior door panel was not screwed to the door and the cover for the set screw for the door was broken. Against my better judgement I decided to continue with just taking the car and fixing those issues myself. I get the car home and start to inspect the paint job to find that the car was never actually repainted. They decided to sand and buffed the entire car and you can tell that because they sanded through the base coat into the primer. Not only that they got paint on the Chrome roof rails and when they were spraying the clear there is a jean imprint on the front bumper where the clear coat was wet and a pair of jeans touched it as well as clear running on some panels the rear hatch being the most obvious. I am utterly disappointed in the quality of work, the level of integrity and honesty from this company. I would recommend that you do not waste your time unless you okay with completely being disappointed.
