This is the second time I took in my SUV Mercedes Benz for body work and both times they personally came to my house gave me a free estimate and returned my car back brand new . Definitely the most stressed I’ve ever been about my car.. I live upstate and I typically go home for the weekend so I decided to get my car touched up on, getting the paint touched up and some bumps fixed along with a wax and detail. Another shop quoted me at double the price these guys gave me so I was very excited to get more than 50% off what I had anticipated. However, when I got the car back it was time for me to drive upstate and I couldn’t even drive down the street because my check engine light was flashing and my engine misfiring, I had water all over my engine and on my spark plugs! Clearly something was wrong and I ended up leaving my car in their shop to get whatever they damaged fixed, and I had to borrow a family friends car to go back upstate and return to work. Mind you, I work early in the morning the next day and the mechanics and myself deemed the car unfit to drive upstate around 8 or 9pm. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient. I was terrified I’d just lost my Audi A4, I know how quickly these cars can turn into money pits and when I got the car back, it seemed to work well, but then once I finished my test drive, my car was smoking! I opened the hood and there was oil everywhere on my engine and my low oil light came on as well, I took it back to them to get it fixed and when I got it back, I still had the same problem, only not as severe; my oil reservoir was filled to the top! I don’t know exactly what they did other than replaced my damaged turbo and spark plugs, but clearly whatever they did wasn’t fixing it; I still have a check engine light on and I’ve completely lost faith in them, as they return my car with more problems. And on top of that, my hood has white specs all over it like they waxed my car on top of a layer of paint or dust! It doesn’t come off! I took my Audi to a specialist in these cars and got it fixed accordingly. So in essence,I came to them to get my car cleaned up and polished but almost came out with a completely ruined motor! I must admit the accountability of these people are great, I never had an issue about that but I seriously had big doubts regarding their ability to fix my car, from now on I’m not letting nobody but experts touch my car because I’m terrified of having anybody fix my car, or even detail it. You’d think it’d be a given not to soak any engine in water but I guess not .. and before this my car had no problems, I’d drive at least 350 miles or so a week from driving to work and driving back home to Yonkers for the weekend. I don’t know how this will shorten my cars lifetime in the long run but it definitely took a toll on my Audi and frightened myself for a second.

These guys took care of me. I didn’t want to go thru insurance for the accident I had, and the price was below the other estimates I had gotten. On top of doing the agreed upon work, they fixed up some extra dings on the car at no extra cost. The car was ready in the estimated time and it was also detailed and spotless inside and out. Would most definitely recommend and will be coming here for all my body work needs

R&F was recommended to me by a friend after my car got side swiped. Went to the shop immediately and was greeted by Frank. We talked prices and knew that they were honest, transparent, and catered to my needs and wants (fixing the bumper vs replacing it completely). Just also noting that I would have never gone to an auto shop by myself BUT I went alone and didn’t feel out of place or at unease. I also needed to get something else fixed and Frank worked with my budget. Adding pictures here of my car sideswiped and after Frank & Roberto fixed it. It looks unbelievably brand new as if nothing happened.
