Had to get a couple of things done to my vehicle that was long overdue. Had an advisor the whole time my guy Jean. He helped me a lot especially with the things my car needed to get done. Went in to change my transmission fluid thinking it was my only problem but I had a couple of other things needed to be done and I kind of figured. Pricing was fair I was a little nervous cause I’ve dealt with Toyota dealerships before and they always have put themselves and their business first, but not at 75 Vredenburgh Avenue, Yonkers Toyota they work with you and advise you on what are the important things to get done now and what you could get done later. I’ll recommend this place to anybody looking to get things done to their Toyota. The team there is very helpful and transparent.

The service was below what was expected. The vehicle was brought here since 2024, whether the vehicle is brand new or old it should be given the same level of attention. My service advisor either forgot to have the MPI done the same time battery was replaced or tech felt doing an MPI wasn’t of a priority. While communicating with advisor, he made an emphasis that my vehicle was vintage. I didn’t ask for an opinion just for my vehicle to be serviced as agreed when we spoke. Communication is horrible here and no one seems to know how the battery warranty works.

The women who answer the phone have no idea what they’re talking about. They give incorrect information relating to parts and services. I asked my question clearly, repeated my question and gave additional information when their answer did not seem correct. Then, when I called back and asked for information regarding my vehicle, the woman had one line that she kept repeating and could not give me any information. No critical thinking ability or problem solving skills. If people are answering phones for a business, they should have some basic knowledge and understanding. The woman stated my oil change would be $95. I have a car that is not a typical Toyota so that seemed off to me. I called back and asked again. They said they were sure with the car I had, it would be $95 plus tax. Long and behold, after I took time out and brought my car in, $250 plus tax. I gave the okay to go ahead with the oil change because I had already taken time out of my schedule to bring my car in. Also, they don't even wash your car after a service. Which I’ve never experienced before. I will not be getting my car serviced with them again.

Quick and easy, didn’t really wait much as long as you’re on time and if you’re leaving your car for service I suggest going home until you’re called because they don’t decide when it’s done due to other cars of course. The service and treatment is amazing. Glad I purchased toyota.

I had a wonderful experience at Westchester Toyota service. Everyone there was attentive to my needs. Efrain was one of them he helped me right away he was super nice. They also had a shuttle to take us home and to pick us up while our car was being serviced. And that was much appreciated I didn’t expect that. Thankyou I recommend this place to anyone.

On 1/28/26 I booked an appointment online for Saturday, 1/31 3PM. That same day I stopped by just to see if they had any chance openings. Unfortunately they did not, and was then told that there are no appointments after 1:30 on Saturday, but was not given an explanation as to how I was able to make an appointment for 3 o’clock. I spoke with CSR Carla who was completely lacking in respect and empathy and expressed no concern as to why the system allowed me to book an appointment at that time. All she could do was repeat that there are no appointments at that time and then told her manager Yani that I don’t understand. Then when Yani offered to help me, I criticized Carla for poor customer service , and that’s when Yani repeatedly told me that I should not be critical of Carla because she’s a woman (as if her gender should give her special immunity to criticism). After I spoke with the service manager, Nick, he said he will talk with them and was able to accommodate me for the inspection that same day. Only for Nick’s accommodation do I give 2 stars and not 1. Yani and Carla should not be working in customer service because they are both severely lacking in those skills (especially Yanni, who is a manager and should know better). I have strong reservations about ever going back there to service my car.

My service manager was awesome. Very kind, very smart and helpful. And the customer service people were also very nice and welcoming. The work, however, took 3 hours. Three hours is ridiculous for an oil change. The extra hour threw my entire day off and I was rushing for the rest of the afternoon - including running to a family funeral. That's where the stars have been lost.

I don't know anything about the service department. Just purchased the vehicle, but I was very happy with sales department. Especially Armando, who was very helpful. Even though I had difficulty getting insurance and financing due to my recent relocation to this area. 5 and a 1/2 hour. S to get it done but we did it!

First time here. Friendlier atmosphere than Fordham as well as a better location. Quick 8 min walk to X-Cty Shopping Ctr. Staff very nice. Had a NYS Inspec. and car was ready in about 2 hrs; faster than expected. Was hoping for a car wash though.

Worst Service Ever!!!!! Who waits 3 days to get maintenance done and an issue is not critical. If you don't have right mechanic just communicate we'd be more than happy to just go to another dealer. I had an RCTA off alert in my vehicle and also scheduled maintenance. I booked an earlier appointment at 9am in the morning. I showed up at 8.45am to drop off the car. A different advisor showed up to receive the car not the one I requested. They kept the car for 3 days with no communication whatsoever. Every time I called the store they're like Esdras is not available at the moment can I take a massage for you. He will get back to you soon. The same story went on for 3 days, never received a call from the store. The only update I get If I took a cab and physically went there. I wasted three days without my car and without my issue resolved. Worst Professionalism.

I had booked a service appointment for 10:30 AM and reached the service center well before time. However, I was called in only after about half an hour and then informed that the service would be completed only by 2–3 PM. The representative mentioned that customers with 9 AM appointments were still waiting outside. While I appreciate the honesty, this is quite unacceptable when I had a confirmed appointment, which was also reconfirmed by their team the previous day. Appointments should be honored or managed better, as this kind of delay defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. It would be better for customers to reconfirm before leaving home whether their appointment will actually be honored.

I had an 11:00am appointment for ToyotaCare service and ended up waiting over 3 hours for a routine oil change. After I went up and asked for an update, the vehicle was suddenly finished within 10 minutes. I understand service departments get busy, but appointments should be honored and communication should be better. The work itself appears fine, but the wait time and lack of updates were frustrating.

Disappointed, I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM for regular oil and filter change on appointment. But, they returned the car to me 4 hours later. In other places where I have experience this usually takes an hour to hour and half. However, even after wasting 4 hours at the service centre they still haven't turned off the service reminder from the car system and still poping up. Total negligence of the supervisors and labours. Also, Its observed that poor facilities at the customer's waiting area. There is a basic domestic type coffee mechine placed without milk.😀😀😀😀 Place is below the standed comparing to other Toyota Service Centers arround.

First time I went to the location near Cross County. Convenient for me because it was easier to go to work from there. Shuttle starts at 8 a.m. Staff friendly. - — Andres was very professional and helpful. They do things differently than other locations. Basically the car repairs and pricing is done online through text and Andres was very helpful with me to understand the process.

Would any of you believe that getting a tire rotation and state inspection took 3 hours? You would think there was something wrong with my car, but it was perfectly fine. I've been coming here for 3 years and can confidently say that I consistently get mediocre service. All the advisors are great and very attentive (for the most part), but I cannot say the same about the technicians. Even after I answered my notification immediately to accept the tire rotation service, it still took over an hour (after the 1+ hour for the inspection) and the excuse I got was "the techs move down the line to service other vehicles while you respond.". I cannot stress how inefficient this is. If I have an appointment, there should at the very least be some sort of grace period the tech waits for my response (5 min?) and then continue servicing my vehicle. What is the purpose of making an appointment? Either they are accepting anyone who drives in (thereby making appointments obsolete) or they are working so slow that they inevitably get bottle-necked by customers. Even if I cut them some slack, I always find myself having to get up and speak to someone for an update on my vehicle. I always come with the earliest appointments and have ALWAYS left in a worse mood than I came in.

I always believed Toyota stood behind their products. Not this dealership. Purchased a battery for my sequoia in July. The battery didn’t last 6 months. Totally dead. Cannot charge the battery. The battery charger and a battery tender both show the battery is defective. Reads 2.7 volts on a meter. I took the battery to the dealer to get tested for a warranty claim. They said we need your vehicle here to test a battery. They cannot test a defective battery without the car there. If I could get the battery to work I would. They said we cannot help you. I highly recommend you DONT use Westchester Toyota for parts or service. Their staff is very unprofessional and clearly not willing to stand behind their products. Why say it’s an 84 month warranty if you will not even test it after 6 months. I would say you can come tow the vehicle there if you need it. Because this battery will not start the car no matter what you do. Pictures bc u can test a battery out of a vehicle. They just don’t wanna stand behind their products!!! 3rd picture in is the battery that Westchester Toyota will not replace or test for that matter. last picture is what a good battery looks like. And Toyota. It turn the motor on at 13.6 v. don’t wanna hear it’s not 14. You would know if you tested the battery you gave me. If I could post a video I would show you a video of your battery with the volt meter and how it won’t even click. And a video of the battery I had to buy from autozone for another $250 dollars and how the car turns over/on like it should. Send me ur phone number I will gladly show u both videos of the battery you won’t stand behind and a autozone battery that does work turning on my sequoia!!! I really look forward to you answering this review like you have to ur past reviews……….
