This shop is awful. They did not fix my vehicle after it sat there 2 months and they didn't even have the audacity to call and tell me that they haven't even looked at it. Incompetent and bad business.

I Trust this Mechanic with everything! Him and his wife are good christian people who will do you right with pricing and vehicle maintnence at your finest! I do not trust mechanic shops, however when Barry and his wife Christy opened up this one, i was so excited for them and there upcoming customers which will leave happy and Blessed at the sametime!:)

I was stranded in Macon, GA when my transmission went out on my Dodge Dakota. Other mechanics and dealerships in the area couldn't see me for weeks, but R & N got me in right away and replaced my transmission within a week at very good price (w/ a 12month/12k mile nationwide warranty). My truck runs better than before and was able to make it back home to Dallas, TX without any issues! Thank yall so much! -Peyton

Had to get a transmission rebuilt because they didn’t check the seal like I asked them to and they over charged me. I already had the parts they gave me a price per hour and still charged me way more than what we agreed on. My brothers truck was also serviced here and slung a rod very shortly after the crank shaft position sensor and some other things were to be changed. My mother has a brand new transmission put in 3600 ( over paid ) they didn’t change the input out put seal so it was leaking transmission fluid when she went to pick it up they had to drive it to another shop to “fix” the leak. They only slowed it down. Three weeks later she has it checked again still leaking and they charged her another 250 dollars to fix the seals when they damaged them taking out the cv axels. Gonna go to the bbb about it and I already contacted a lawyer also. There is not anything honest about this place. You are gonna get ripped off and over charged. They were the ones who hand wrote for my mom to bring to back in this many miles to see if everything was ok because it was pouring out transmission fluid the day she came to pick it up from r&n. Me and my brother had our work done a few years ago at the same time and I didn’t know my mother took her car to this place or I would have let her know this business is not a good one if you want your car fixed and you don’t want to be over charged. I’m gonna take this to a lawyer and see what can be done about this.

I've had what I refer to as a "jumping" or "lurching" symptom with my vehicle that I had not been able to get resolved at the shop I used to go to locally. The day I came in to this establishment, my vehicle had suddenly began lurching more extremely & the check engine light came on. Luckily, I was right outside! The staff was kind and a mechanic was able to check on my vehicle within an hour even though they were about to close. They had parts ordered and my vehicle ready the very next day. It was quite a positive experience!

I will never use this company again. I spent nearly $700 and as you can see and I still have multiple system errors showing. Let’s just say there is a serious miscommunication or listening problem. After returning my car a second time because errors were still showing up and it push started funny once more, I repeated what needed to be done. They kept my car through the weekend, Monday went by (no word), then Tuesday I called them. The mechanic said he pushed it to start and nothing showed. No check engine light, said he drove it 15 mins, no problem. When I picked it up THIS was my dash board. Then he preceded to explain that BSD was an error that had to do with my left wheel speed..something and he JUST noticed that when he cranked it back up before I got there. I will spare you the rest of his ignorance in this issue. I gave them two stars because the secretary was kind every time we spoke. I would not recommend R& N if you want your car FIXED.
