I have known Rusdvel for approximately the last 5 years and he is honest, warm, and friendly what you want out of a mechanic first time I took my truck to him he did the brake service and job came out great with no issues. This past summer I bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona N. After about a month of having it, only 500 miles, as I was driving the car spontaneously stopped running almost completely and gas fumes were coming from it. I took it to the dealership I purchased it from and they were not willing to help me at a reasonable cost. I was under the impression that any spontaneous damages would be covered under warranty but they found a way around that so they could charge me. The diagnosis they gave was completely unreasonable and made no sense so I just knew it wasn’t right. Considering I am a female and young I can imagine they may have tried to use that to their advantage. So I took the car to R&S to have it looked at because they have done great work on my past cars. They came up with a completely different diagnosis then the dealership gave that made 10x more sense. They changed the one part that was damaged in as quick timing as they could considering the part was hard to get ahold of and the car has been working perfect since. It is now at 3,100 miles. I really appreciate how trustworthy and reliable R&S has always been to me. They are very kind and understanding.
