Went in to install a backup camera, technician said it was pretty simple process. After he was done went to pick up car, technician said backup camera wasnt working because i have to set it up from the screen on dashboard, and it should be fine. There was nothing to setup. So i basically paid for something that technician didnt do the job right. He also damaged the little clip that holds the camera. Anyways, my first experience with them..

Run away! This place is horrible. Mechanics don't know anything. Employee's always eating and on their phones. Owner is rude and cheap. They will ruin your car and not take responsibility. Instead of $100 you will be putting thousands for THEIR mistakes and lack of knowledge. “False and defamatory reviews” - these are facts. Brought in Three cars and you guys ruined them….my cats had no issues. After coming to you they all had unknown issues afterwards….and after leaving them with you for WEEKS they were not touched. Ridiculous service. If you value your car do not come here.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of incompetence and negligence I experienced at this shop. What should have been a simple 30‑minute oil change turned into a week‑long ordeal with no progress, no updates, and significant financial damage. The technician performed the oil change incorrectly and failed to install the oil filter, which caused oil to spill and leak throughout the engine. My vehicle, which is brand new and had zero issues prior to this visit, became undriveable. Despite the clear evidence, the shop refused to acknowledge responsibility and insisted nothing was wrong on their end. After a week of my car sitting there with no resolution, I had to pay out of pocket to tow it to a certified Dodge dealership. Dodge confirmed that the improper oil change performed by this shop caused engine damage. What should have been an $80 routine service has now turned into a $5,000 repair due to their negligence. To make matters worse, the shop has ignored my calls and has shown no willingness to take responsibility or even communicate professionally. The owner was dismissive and rude throughout the process, which only added to the frustration. On top of that they barely speak English. I will be filing a formal complaint and pursuing a claim. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop at all costs. Their lack of skill, accountability, and professionalism has caused me significant financial loss and stress.

Asalam-ali-kum, I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan to Rami’s mechanic shop to address alignment and windshield washer issues. Rami initially worked on it and correctly identified that the rods needed replacement. After I returned the next day with the parts, he completed the job in just one day. The pricing was very reasonable and negotiable. Despite a minor communication slip-up regarding the windshield washer, Rami went out of his way to fix it after hours. I also want to give a special shout-out thank you (Jazak Allah) to his employee for cleaning my headlights! I had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience at this shop. We went there for an oil change. When we arrived, we were ignored while another vehicle that came after us was helped first. There was no acknowledgment or communication. Previously, I had paid $460 for brake work on my Dodge Challenger and was told it included a lifetime warranty, but I did not receive a detailed receipt explaining the warranty terms. When I tried to calmly speak with the staff about both the oil change and my warranty concerns, one employee began shouting aggressively and told us to leave. My girlfriend was present and became very upset by the way we were treated. At one point, an employee ran toward my vehicle and attempted to open my car door without permission, as if it were his own vehicle. I had not authorized anyone to enter my car at that time. That behavior was extremely inappropriate and alarming. I later returned to speak directly with the owner in hopes of resolving the situation respectfully. Instead of having a calm conversation, tools and heavy equipment were thrown on the ground near where I was standing. This felt unsafe and highly unprofessional. I remained calm and only wanted respectful communication and clarification about services. Customers deserve professionalism, transparency, and a safe environment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this shop.

I went in for a basic oil change and the guy did not install the oil filter properly. When he started the car, oil spilled everywhere inside the engine bay and under the hood. He did not clean the oil at all and just topped it up and said it was done. Now there is oil all over the radiator, battery, and engine, and I’m worried about possible damage. I now have extra work to clean everything myself and deal with the stress of not knowing if this caused long-term issues. Please be careful with your car if you come here. I will be doing my own oil changes from now on.
