My wife & I went to Randy this morning, because she was having headlight issues. Within a few hours Randy called to let me know that he found the problem, and resolved it. I would highly recommend Randy’s for your automobile repairs. I’m so glad that we didn’t go to the dealer. I’m almost certain that it wouldn’t have been cost friendly and the experience was not going to be the same. Beverly, the receptionist was awesome, as well. We had a very good conversation. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I happened to end up at Randy’s shop by word of mouth and I am so thankful for that. Randy is super honest and straightforward which as you know can be hard to come by these days while needing repairs done. He will go above and beyond to give you the best care and all options on the table. He’s not trying to up-charge and basically rip you off. Quite the opposite; he is more concerned about fixing your issue in a cost effective manner that’s fair to everyone. Communication with the office is excellent. You don’t have to call and wait all day to hear back, they respond in a timely manner and will give you updates etc. The mechanics on staff are also great. You can tell they care about each and every person who walks through their door. While waiting for my vehicle the first time, I had a chance to see everyone in action and i was honestly really impressed and knew I was in the right place. If you’re weary about taking your car to the shop, I do promise you that Randy’s is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed. After all these years to finally find a shop that I can TRUST and know is FAIR, is pretty awesome!
