Only place I take my car for an oil change. In and out in no time. Very efficient and friendly. You have to try them out. You'll keep coming back.

Family owned and operated, it's the perfect place to get a quick oil change. They will have you on your way before you even get settled with a magazine in the waiting room.

There ok, if you want a quick oil change and you're regular mechanic can't take you. Sometimes they forget to put stuff back or miss basic issues.

I have never been always used a big chain spot. A friend recommended this place and I couldn't be happier. Quick and easy and friendly service. Spent less money with a local store. Don't know why I haven't used them before. Highly recommend.

Great place, quick and easy, convenient to get in and out of. Sure, you could get an oil change a few bucks cheaper elsewhere, but I've had bad experiences doing that, this place was solid.

Quick service but took off a star because they are not observing the mask mandate and go so far as to have a sign that says "NO mask required". Also front desk guy seemed upsettingly dismissive of another customer who came in with what I felt was a valid complaint. But, my service was fine and maybe he's having a bad day so in fairness four stars.

Been getting my oil changed here for 20 years. They are the best. Everyone is always really nice and always go the extra mile for me whether it's answering all my questions or getting a recommendation for something car related. I always can count in them. I definitely reccomend! I think they still do a ladies day I but you might have to call and see.

2013 Dodge Dart I’m not one to ever leave reviews regardless of my experience but I’ve been in the car business for 10+ years, today I went to 3 different locations. The 1st tried to charge me $100+(I understand the whole synthetic game), second had a sign with “no appt needed” but I had to leave my car there for 1 1/2 hours(no cars in the bay, an oil change takes max 15-20 minutes the techs were just chillin) so I left and went straight to Rapid. I was in an out in about 12 minutes, I even got a good lunch recommendation. Good job guys, I’ll be back

I have been going here since 2000 when I got my license with every vehicle I've owned. The staff is always professional and knows exactly what they are doing. Quick and easy oil change. Even if they're busy you'll be in and out quickly.

100% do not recommend. Brother got an oil change done here and his drain plug fell out on the highway resulting in his car losing all its oil. Luckily the motor was not damaged. I didn’t work on his car. He didn’t work on his car. Yet this place denied full liability of the situation considering…. They had just removed that bolt and “tightened it” back down to do the oil change. I guess it must have been a ghost. Go figure. Would never recommend this place to anyone if the shop can’t even claim responsibility for a simple mistake. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Great place, quick and easy. Just pull your car up to the garage door and they take care of the rest. Second time I've been there, in 2 different vehicles and both times was in and out under 10 minutes and everyone was very friendly. Prices are pretty good too I paid $54 for synthetic blend.

I've religiously taken my car to Rapid Lube for years around 3k in miles. A few weeks ago our engine seized up and I had it towed to the OEM dealer in Danbury. When they did the analysis of what happened, they said it was due to lack of oil changes and sludge in the engine. Not trusting them, I then called my local mechanic. He said he has worked on tons of engines from Rapid Lube as while they keep track of the car, they often alternate between just changing the filter and changing the oil..ie you're going for an oil change and they don't actually change the oil. In addition they use drum oil. My mechanic said he know multiple people that work there. If you look up online the average time for an actual proper oil change, the time quoted is 20 to 30 minutes. There are constant times I've been out of Rapid Lube in less than 10 minutes. It's too good to be true. Be warned. It is dishonest, potentially incredibly damaging to your car and frankly dangerous and I'm never going back. Thank god my wife wasn't on the highway going 70 mph when the engine started smoking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service and Unmatched Dedication! I’ve been a loyal customer of Rapid Lube for over 25 years, and they’ve consistently provided exceptional service for all our vehicles. Recently, Peter and his team went above and beyond during a truly stressful situation. I was facing a $11,000 repair bill for my truck, and the only way the warranty would cover it was if I provided proof of regular maintenance. Unfortunately, I was missing three oil change receipts. When I explained my situation, Peter didn’t hesitate to step in. He went through endless files from previous years to find exactly what I needed, saving me from a financial nightmare. The honesty, professionalism, and care that Peter, Greg, and their team show are unmatched. They’re a full-service shop that doesn’t nickel-and-dime customers or try to upsell unnecessary services. Their family-owned approach and genuine commitment to their customers are why I’ll continue to recommend Rapid Lube to everyone I know. Thank you, Peter and Greg, for your incredible help during such a challenging time. You’ve earned my loyalty for life, and my daughters—now adults—continue to trust their vehicles with you as well. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service with a personal touch, Rapid Lube is the place to go! -Danyelle Custodio

Everything went fine after getting my oil change here. As a matter of fact the oil change was done pretty quickly. Reason I’m giving this place one star is because of them I could have blown up my motor. About 2 weeks after the change, I was driving eastbound on 84 when the oil pressure light came on. I also noticed a distinct smell and smoke coming from the rear end of the vehicle. I pulled over to the side to see what was going on and the car was leaking oil from the oil pan drain plug. The individual who did the oil change at this shop did not properly torque the oil drain plug properly OR they didn’t replace the crush ring. This caused the plug to loosen and come off. All the oil came out and fortunately I reacted quickly to pull over and shut the engine enough before any damage could be done to the motor. Had to get the vehicle towed and wait the next day for dealership to open so I could get a new oil drain plug, crush ring, and 4 qts of oil to get the car running again. Plus spend $70 on an Uber ride home since I could drive my car. I’ve always taken my car to the dealership to do oil changes but since they are on an appointment bases, usually one week out, I figured I go to a local shop that could so same day. This place was recommended by a friend and honestly will never bring a car to this place again.
