i purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change. there were just 2 options, conventional and synthetic since the price was very similar to other nearby places that clearly mentioned "full synthetic", i presumed that synthetic = full synthetic once the voucher was irredemable, i came to the mechanic and was told that synthetic actually meant "synthetic blend" i suppose i could have double checked what "synthetic" actually implied first, but it's frustrating to see "synthetic" at the price of what other nearby stores sold "full synthetic" for, and not add the word "blend" to begin with to their credit, they were professional with the actual service

They had my car for a month and still forgot several things on my car and I ran into several problems with my car afterwards. My car is running worse then when I took into their shop. Worse mechanic experience ever they are lucky I didnt take them court.

Mechanics are friendly and they have good used tires, but they took almost 4 hrs just to change all 4 tires. On top of that, the nuts weren't even tightened properly. Will not be coming back

Never use this shop they do not know what they are doing. My vehicle stopped had it towed across the street to this shop. Kept it for 3 weeks said it was the computer. When they reset it should’ve cost $160 according to the dealer, picked it up it was making a noise is never made before. They said it would stop because it was a bolt they had tightness and it would loosen when driving. It did not stop when they checked it again said it would cost an additional $300 to fix to problem they caused when they worked on it. Paid $700 for Repair’s it would not start but, was drivable when brought in. Now it will start but, not drivable after they worked on it to get it to start ?

I used a Groupon the 1st visit for full synthetic oil change. I felt uneasy because the owner refused to give me a receipt because I used a Groupon. Would like to have for proof of maintenance when necessary. But also, he put 3000 miles on the windshield sticker. So, I verified that he did put full synthetic and he said yes and that he always puts a 3000 mile sticker on the windshield. That is deceptive right there. I had bought two Groupons for this place and just hoping I'm being too negative, I went ahead and brought 2nd vehicle in today. The owner said that the Groupon is for semi m-synthetic oil. I explained that it states synthetic. He said yes, semi-synthetic. That's not ok. Even on the Groupon page under highlights it says they offer conventional, semi-synthetic and synthetic. My Groupon is for synthetic. Now I am pretty sure he didn't put full synthetic in the 1st car. I just left and got my money back from Groupon.

5 star rating for me on pricing alone! i now have working AC in my car thanks to a service that i absolutely would not have been able to afford at any other business i spoke to. absolutely saved my health for the rest of the summer because their price was so affordable. i will be coming back for all future checkups and repairs, theyve made a customer for life and im sending all my friends and family their way as well.

I took my vehicle in for a specific problem. After three visits not only was the initial problem not resolved the engine is now making a horrible noise!!! Ray would not fix either problem. Just walked off and motioned with his hand to go away. The website reads he guarantees all his work. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they received no response from Ray's. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!

Me and my wife came back in August to buy 2 tires. We bought them used. 2 months later we find out they gave us tires at a tread of 2 and 3. Anything could've happened if we didn't go and get them checked when we did. We had to go to discount tire and we had to buy new tires because the guy who put them on there refused to do anything about it. Unacceptable on their behalf. You're not supposed to sell tires that bad or old.

Ray’s is amazing! Not only did they go above and beyond to help with my flat tire, they gave me a great deal! They worked with me and answered all of my questions. They were very kind and professional. I will be coming here for everything besides toilet paper and bananas. Lol. Will definitely be getting oil leak and AC fixed here. Rays is a smaller privately owned auto shop and not the fanciest place. However, there is a very comfortable waiting room with refreshments. But since the first time I got my state inspection here, I've been back several times for light auto maintenance on a few different vehicles. He's always VERY thorough with the oil change - checking ALL fluids without me having to remind them. They are crazy fast and always honors Groupon coupons even when I only have cash and can't purchase it on the actual Groupon app. You never hear of "an additional problem" and they've always been completely honest and charge extremely reasonable prices with myself and other customers I've chatted with in the waiting room. Great place!!

Wow! So, the mechanics here are very friendly and knowledgeable and truly care about your safety. Their prices are definitely reasonable and averaged out, but this is definitely the best option to go to by far for both quality and service. They help you understand exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be done, plus they work with a third party for finance options. First they helped with an oil changed, then a gasket valve cover.. any other problems that I may have I know exactly who to call.
