I always have a good experience. Took my 2014 pick up in for brake noises and they were very honest and told me the car fax said I replaced front brakes two years ago and they were fine ( I couldn’t remember that being done). They replaced rear brakes pads rotors gave me a detailed diagnosis with pictures completely satisfied and I highly recommend Mark and all the other guys at Red Carpet Automotive!

Always good work, and done right;,. Everything explained. I'll say this I've had 3 vehicles serviced there and you may find a cheaper price, but i never had to go back because something wasn't right. They Found a problem that dealership never said anything about and it was covered by factory warranty. Mark never made a dime on it, but that is smart business and cements their credibility with this customer

Red Carpet is the best! I’ve had to take two of my older vehicles there over the last year for several repairs. They genuinely care about taking care of me and my safety. As a woman, I don’t feel taken advantage of. They take the time to explain what needs repair and are very reasonably priced compared to other mechanics. A couple of months ago, I had a repair done on my power steering line. There was a faulty part that was put on that caused the steering to seize up the next day. They paid for my car to be towed to their shop and repaired the problem within hours with no hesitation. They are always super quick to get you in and out without cutting corners. I couldn’t be happier with their services. Highly recommend!!

Red Carpet continues to go above and beyond with each experience. This is my third time using their services. Each time, I’m reminded of how service “should be.” They are great with communication and follow up. Most importantly, they are maniacal about diagnosing and repairing issues correctly the first time. An added cherry on top is they are friendly! Mark, Mike, and Bob are three I’ve been in communication with and they genuinely seem happy to help. I live 30 mins from these guys but they have earned my business long term. I’ll continue to go out of my way because these guys genuinely care and get things done right.

Had my serpentine belt break on my mini van yesterday morning. Called immediately when they opened. They were very nice, understanding, and were able to squeeze me in the shop between scheduled appointments. I droped my car off around 830am and they got me in and had it diagnosed within the hour. Turned out it was a bad alternator and serpentine belt. Their quote was very fair. Part cost was not overpriced and their labor fees were very reasonable. Had my car done by 2pm. Picked it up and it’s been running fine since. Overall very good experience and will use them again in future for any mechanical needs!

I have been using Red Carpet Auto motive for all my repair needs for years. Bob, Mark and the repair technicians always due an amazing job. Every time I call for service I am treated with the utmost respect. My repairs have always been spot on and I have never had to go back for an issue. Many times I have used a loaner vehicle or someone from the team has either both picked me up and taken me home while the repair is in process. The inspected the vehicle and diagnosed the issues and also advised of other issues that may occur down the line. Communication was great.
