The highest price wash left tons of unclean spots on my truck. I had to rewash at home. The vacuum was free, however does not work at all. The nozzle ends are worn out, and I saw a couple other cars switching from one vac to the other, experiencing the same problem. I just quit and returned home to use my shop vac. I will not be returning to this wash, and you should spend money elsewhere as well. Waste of money and time.

They pre wash your car, give you a rag to wipe down the inside and then they have free vacuums and towels to dry off. Sometimes they are short on drying towels but I understand that the towels have a tendency to "walk off" with folks. Appreciate them providing them regardless!

It's fine if you need a quick wash. It's part hand and part machine wash. Almost all manned carwashes in So Cal include interior wipe down and vacuum. Here you have to do it yourself. Almost none in Bend do it, unless they call it a "detail". It's the little things that strike me as weird.

Definitely the only game in town for full service car wash and detail center. Their small kitchen serves great morning and lunch sandwiches that are some of the best in town. However, I'm concerned for their lack of current indoor covid protocols as of late Sept 2021. No requirements posted, nor any employees wearing mask at the counter or the kitchen preparing the food

I’ve had my company truck washed and serviced here many times. Everyone is super friendly and the quality of work is consistently better than average. My only gripe is that they average about an hour and a half to do a basic vaccum/ exterior wash.

I wash my car there and I paid full service and my car inside I pay ful service I left tips to and my car was not even wiped and little trash doors I todld them and they clean again inside chose another location if you want worth the money you pay 🙃

I bought the $24 monthly car was and I came in to cancel it before the end of my 1st month. the manager told me all was well and it was canceled and they still charged my card days later. I have came in multiple multiple times since and to the other one on 3rd street ALSO called and there has been no manager there to help me and they just tell me to come back. i work full time and have a life i cant just keep coming back. I gave up and put it as fraud on my credit card!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

In just under four minutes the vehicle I was passenger in was washed. And the vacuum was awesome! With a little bit of their own interior cleaning stuff and some tire shine the car was looking much better! The employees were promt and professional with the transaction... Wouldn't mind going back at all.

The young man that helped me went the extra mile to get every square inch scrubbed before I went through the automatic car wash. My truck was filthy and had not been washed in over 6 months, and I put it up for sale after he washed it and I swear because of how helpful he was and how he went the extra mile my truck sold 18 hours later and I got everything I wanted for it. I made sure he got a tip.

I was turned away today despite arriving 4-5 mins prior to 6pm despite I was following right behind this one dark painted truck (they seemed to know the driver)...?! The young associate told me the truck that's on front of me will be the last car they'll let thru because it's 4 mins to closing (?), told me to check out the 'other' location?! Perhaps, modify the closing time to [ 6pm-ish minus 5 mins ] or 5:55pm instead of misleading the public & pissing ppl off ???

Stopped in for some gas (12/30/23 around 230) and asked the guys working about oil. They JUMPED to help me when I really needed it and went out of their way to make sure I was good. Seriously the nicest guys!!! I will absolutely use this place for anything I need for my car that they can help me with 😊

Staff is great and always does an awesome job. I have the monthly wash pass for the work truck and it's worth every dollar, which isn't very many dollars cause they have amazing prices. Truck gets washed twice a week (you can go every day) to clean off the Central Oregon debris off and the self-serve vacuums keep the interior looking new for my own preference. The workers are nice but the manager is rude and kind of insensitive he kicked me off the vacuum cuz I was using them for an hour but I paid to use them and I had just got my vehicle back from a family member that disrespected it completely so yea it took me a minute to get it done also it was 9am not a lot of people and no one was waiting for me so they could use the spot I’d recommend going somewhere else if you wanna deep clean your car
