With super kindness and without an additional charge, the crew at the service center secured the skid flap/undercarriage cover under my old car that had almost completely fallen off. And the cleaning crew got all the dog hair out of my car... and there was a lot! I highly recommend Red Carpet Car Wash South!

I recommend this car wash! Just had a wonderful experience—I purchased a $15 wash, and was greeted by an employee at the end of the wash who was ready with a soft towel to dry my Jeep. After starting, he noticed that wash missed a spot on my door and rear tailgate. He sent me back through at no charge for another platinum wash. I was then greeted again by a different young employee who thoroughly dried my vehicle and sent me on my way with a smile. There’s power in giving more than what’s expected/charged. Keep up the good work team! You’re a model of exceptional service.

Went there yesterday and my screen in my car stopped working right after the full service wash. Spoke with the manager and he immediately took the issue seriously, spent time trouble shooting with me, and finally took down my information to share with the owner. They were willing to take responsibility and compensate me for the unintended damage. Thankfully, this morning the screen was working properly, it must have been a fluke. Thanks for taking responsibility and being willing to take care of the problem if there was one. Will be returning.

Although the wash had closed the attendants were eager to fill the gas tank and make sure the windows got washed. *Next day return* - second review- Worked an amazing bug clean up on our front grill/bumper. I let the individual know it with a cash tip after wash was complete.

This used to be the best. Now HORRIBLE. I asked them to vacuumed my car for me and they said if you pay...I said yes that's what I want and she continued to down sale me to a basic wash..she didn't even understand there was a full service option. A few years ago they used to vacuum for everyone.Now even with the highest cost, you do it yourself..service sucks. young kids don't know the menu let alone which way to tell you to point your windows.

The South location has a more guided, hands-on vibe—great if you prefer extra help and a friendly walkthrough. The North location is more streamlined and efficient, which I personally prefer. It feels like it's built for people who just want to get in, get a quality wash, and get on with their day. The membership works at both locations, which is a big plus. You can wash as often as you like, and it's super easy too. Just depends on what kind of experience you’re after.

I have been going here for years. I was so disappointed this time. The guy that guides you into the wash station, I put my window down and told him I don’t want to rub my tires when I go in because the last few times the tires hit and scratched my rim. I am aware that it does do a little bump to guide it in there, but this was an actual scraping while it went in. So he’s just telling me to move forward, not paying attention to anything and my car is totally rubbing against the side. I was so frustrated because I drive a low profile Mercedes and the rims are extremely expensive and he could care less. I would’ve given a one star rating, but the girl that dried my car was so sweet that I didn’t want it to affect her. I am not happy and I probably will not be going back.

Car wash was okay. But please don't order coffee from their inside retail area. I ordered a decaf mocha with almond milk. What I got was something that tasted like severly burnt smores and a half bottle of syrup. Worst coffee I have ever tasted. Threw it in the trash.

Everyone was so kind at the car wash! I was driving my boyfriend’s truck and had NO idea how to maneuver it, but instead of laughing at me - the boys were really sweet and helped me navigate how to turn my wheel, were super respectful and hand washed my car before it went into the machine.
