This station was recommended by a friend. I took my husband's truck in to get the fan fixed. The bill was much less than the estimate. Since then I've been in for minor stuff a couple of times. I would recommend this station without reservation.

The Scotty Kilmer of Omaha. if you don't know the biggest star of the automotive genre on YouTube that is actually ethical, knowledgeable, and practical just take my word for it this is the Omaha metro areas version of that guy. You can tell by the cars parked in the lot that a lot of his customers are proud of their older vehicles but aren't stupid enough to pay BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Cadillac dealer fees. Visited this place today for a check up on my car as it's at a hundred thousand miles. I expected he would call me back with a list of things needed, instead I showed up he said there's no reason to change anything and only charged me $20. Yeah, $20. As I was grabbing my credit card I looked at the calendar on the wall to see if they knew what year it was. That's be included them putting it on the list and checking it out. Sean, the mechanic. seems like he's from another era. He said something to me about not believing and selling people things they didn't need. I looked up at the map to see what country I was in... If this was some other place they would have quoted me hundreds of dollars for things I didn't need. I heard about this place for my sister. The Chevrolet dealer down the street told her she needed a whole new engine.. she took it in there to get a second opinion that was about 20,000 miles ago. Same engine. Definitely going back to this place. Call in advance because there's usually a wait.

Deb and Sean were awesome. I went in thinking there was an issue with my breaks, they told me everyting was ok with them. I decided to fix what Jensen Auto quoted me earlier which was $240 (on top of the $100 diagnosis fee) for changing an 02 sensor, Sean and his crew found that it was a wiring issue, fixed the engine light and saved me $130... really appreciate the honesty. Their fb and google ratings are 5 stars for a reason. Will definitely use you guys again.

The people here are amazing. Upon visiting from Texas, my battery died at the Regency Hotel. A mechanic came to the hotel, brought a battery, replaced it and just left me with directions to come to the shop to pay. Debbie at the station was absolutely lovely! I definitely recommend this place!!!

I saw the good reviews, and decided to give it a try. I have been extremely happy with the service. They don't try to up-sell, they are always helpful and charge a fair price. I would highly recommend this service center for your car. In fact, I have been so please with their service that I have started to go out of my way to go here for regular maintenance and gas whenever I can.

I thought I could trust this crew. Suggested that I needed front brakes done. One month after, the right front was still 'tight'. Took car back. They blamed it on the axle. They had failed to put in a new pin boot and/or forgot the grease. Did not turn the disks. Developed a serious wobble when coming to a stop. Took the car elsewhere to be fixed. They replaced the $12 part [pin boot]. They also properly turned all four disks at a total cost of $458.92. Regency has lost my business for lying to me. Honesty is the best part of a business. Admitting to a wrong would have been forgivable.

I am so glad a friend referred me to Regency Service Center. They are honest, friendly, thorough and will repair your car at a very reasonable price. You will not be overcharged here. It is very rare now a days to have a auto mechanic that does not take advantage of the customer and over charge just because they can. I got 3 estimates on a new thermostat for my 2011 ML 350 one as high as $1000 and Regency Service Center replaced mine, parts and labor for $445. Don't even think about. Call them and make an appointment for your car repairs. You will be glad you did. They are located West of 84th street just North of I street.
