I came here today for the first time, brakes basically gone, calipers ruined; needless to say I was distraught. I met and spoke to Bobby, and he was extraordinarily professional and gave me a tremendously fair price. He’s a straight shooter, honest and you can tell this man knows exactly what he’s doing. I’m beyond impressed. I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet, and I know he helped me more than any other car service would. I’m going to recommend him to everyone I know and will only be dealing with him for now on. Thank you Bobby and thank you Reis auto service.

I live almost an hour away and its worth the drive to have my vehicles taken care of right. Bobby is so professional. As shop manager the work Bobby gets done is phenomenal. Best tires in town. Great prices. Made the mistake of taking my truck to a more convenient located shop and I regret it every day.

I can't say enough about the Reis Auto Service on the spur-of-the-moment, they bailed me out. Bobby gave me a price that was almost the 3rd less than the dealer quote and did everything according to the schedule. It was done even before they said it was gonna be done and I'm not blowing smoke anymore, ha. I'm blowing ice cool air. Thank you Bobby and the rest of the team, TeeJay

Brought my husbands car there for a tune up, tire rotation, oil change & the scheduled me right away. I spoke to Bobby on the phone when we scheduled. He was polite & courteous. Then the day we brought the car in for service he was very professional & accommodating. He answered all the questions we had & offered us the waiting room. The staff was quick & efficient. We would recommend bringing in your car for work. Definitely quality & worth it. Thanks to Bobby & the staff!!

After going to repair shop near my work(3 visits over 2 weeks) and paying and paying for what seemed like "spin the wheel and I'll replace." After 3rd time, the car was still doing what is what when I first brought it in. I then went to Reis, and they took time to properly diagnose while showing me what they did and what they discovered. They fixed it, and I left a happy camper. Customer for life. Honest, professional, upfront, and they know what they are doing.

Steve and Bobby always treat me right. They are honest business men. I recommend them to everyone. The bad reviews on here are all people who expect to get something for nothing. I've been using them exclusively since 2011 that's over 10 years now and I never had an issue. It really is nice to be able to talk to the business owner face to face and be treated fairly. It also doesn't hurt that the prices are very reasonable. They have the cheapest synthetic blend oil change in town and they get you in and out quickly. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here by disgruntled people these guys are the real deal.

Spent $1,000 on new front rotors and new pads for a 2023 Tahoe. I requested OEM parts that’s why it was so much. In 5,000 miles, the pads wore out and were grooving the new rotors. Took it back and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Brake job should last 50,000-60,000 miles.

I had several issues, involving my 99 Toyota Solsra, alternator, starter and then the battery. Mr. Reis quoted me a fair price, took it in quickly and had it out fast. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the starter but he did not hesitate to get it back in quickly, repair and get it back to me. This is my 1st time there as recommended by a client. I just want to add, we are all hesitant with auto shops. But, the second time I went in, I had the opportunity two talk to TWO customers whom have been going there for 10yrs+. I felt very reassured. I wd say give him a try and I think you be pleasantly suprised there's still some honest shops! Thanks Much, Glenn P.

DO NOT do business with this guy. I purchased a tire from Reis Auto for my Super Duty vehicle. The owner/manager sold me a passenger tire instead of a 10 ply. It blew out the next day on the interstate. When I called him to discuss it, he told me I was the problem and hung up on me. The price was $225. God Bless

They charge $100 for scan errors in the car, but the shop next door offers the same service for free. They close before their posted Google hours, and their services are overpriced. Consider looking for a more professional option.

I was there the first time for an alignment, it cost me $69, that was 5 months ago. I went back and they charged me $85 and the car was still out of alignment. They even said they couldn't complete the alignment because the rear control arm was damaged, which wasn't true because I took it to the dealership to be inspected and it was all lies. They wanted to charge me $1,000 for that, a bunch of liars.

Future customers, take note: my experience suggests either dishonesty or serious incompetence. I won’t be back, and I encourage anyone considering Reis Auto Service to proceed with caution. Below is what happened. Two weeks ago, I took my car to Reis Auto Service due to AC issues. When I arrived, the desk clerk (an older gentleman) told me they’d check it right away, with a diagnostic fee of $95—fairly standard. So, I left my car for them to inspect. When I returned, he informed me that my car needed a new condenser and quoted a repair cost of over $1,400. This price raised an immediate red flag. For that amount, I felt it was only responsible to get a second opinion. At another shop, I got my answer. Their mechanic found a leak caused by a simple missing cap. The solution? A $12 cap, a $50 can of Freon, and $80 for the mechanic’s labor—for a total of around $145. My AC is now working perfectly, without a hint of an issue. To be fair, I intentionally waited two weeks to ensure the other shop’s repair held up. It’s running as good as new. But Reis Auto Service wanted $1,400+ to replace a part that wasn’t even necessary. Whether this was an attempt to overcharge me or simply poor diagnostic skills, I don’t know—but it’s concerning either way.

Returning customer here! Came here because of low tire pressure. Thank goodness all I needed was a plug, which is greatly priced! I was in and out! Great customer service as always, friendly, fast, and efficient.

Really awesome people. Others in the area were unfriendly and would not help with my issue. I called them up, they were super friendly, told me to come right in, and got my issue fixed in no time. Thank you 🙏

Went there to get a diagnostic on my car they test drove my car the mechanic said he didn’t feel anything and the car was running good and when they did a diagnostic they said I needed a coil changed and tune up cause my car was about to reach 100xx miles . He was going to charge me 810 for the tune up & coil change told me he would call me when the car was ready didn’t say was going to keep my car , I called around 5pm car wasn’t done told me it would be ready by tomorrow mind you I dropped my car off at 10am he had all day to call me and lmk the car wouldn’t be ready that day . If he did I could have planned ahead . Next day come in he told Me that unfortunately my car was misfiring and he doesn’t know what is wrong with it it may be electrical, but he changed the spark plugs and coil . (Mind you he ran a diagnostic) . When I go to my car and turn it on It immediately starts shaking and rpm going crazy and engine check light blinking its life away , when I put it on drive and try to drive it starts jerking couldn’t drive my car over 20 mph . Oh and btw he didn’t charge me the $810 I wonder why ? I wasn’t gonna pay anyways since my car was not in the condition I dropped it off . When I finally get home I call him & tell him what’s going on he said that it’s not his fault and that cars go from bad to worse he doesn’t know what was wrong . And when I tried to explain that I didn’t drop my car off that way to him he stated that he knew that , if I followed what he was saying there was nothing he can do .trying to cut the convo short . So thankfully I have a camera in my car and I went through the videos and it seems they were tinkering in my car but never changed anything out or put anything it . I would assume (if) you put new coils in or put in new spark plugs you would charge me for that . But I wasn’t . So that was my clear answer on why he didn’t charge me at all . Cause they didn’t do any work on my car but tinkered in it and now I can’t drive it . Now I am a carless single mother of 3 & pregnant catching the bus .this was my main transportation and way to get to and from work DO NOT COME HERE. -0 stars

I was having a terrible morning after my car battery died and I was left stranded at AutoZone after they refused to change it for me. The men at Reis were quick to answer my call, kind when I arrived, and got me in to switch the battery immediately. I was in and out within 20 minutes and they charged me a VERY small fee for the work they did! Thank you Reis for saving me on this terribly rainy Monday!

I recently had the CV joints on my car repaired after noticing clicking noises when turning to the left and right while driving. The mechanic diagnosed worn-out CV joints and explained that they were affecting the car’s stability and could eventually lead to axle failure. The repair process took about an hour—both CV axles were replaced, followed by a test drive to ensure everything was running smoothly. After the fix, the noise was gone, and the steering was noticeably smoother. Overall, it was a straightforward and worthwhile repair that restored the car’s handling and safety. Oh let me not forget that the mechanic has a cool playlist.🎵🎼🎶🎤
