My Audi A5 was rear ended leaving a lot of screeches and dents on my bumper and when I got it back the whole car looked brand new. The bumper looks like it was brand new and they also touched up other parts of my car with the pain a couple scratches on the front bumper and sides. Not only was my car repaired but it was also clean like it just came out of a car wash floor mats and all. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional job done

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very unethical place, horrible customer service, and very ignorant people (at least the person that was there at the time. Unfortunately I did not get his name so I could post it on red capital letters) If you care about not supporting unethical businesses, PLEASE do not go to this place.

Have been coming here since 2016 for inspection and for the body shop auto repair. Have had two cars get hit and they are very honest, transparent and fast with their service. My first accident, a door needed to be replaced and needed to be ordered from Japan. Took less than 2 weeks for the car to be repainted with the new door as well. I received it in a better condition than it ever was during my entire ownership. My second car got rear ended pretty badly and I took it there and got an estimate within a matter of minutes from the owner. Got a new repainted bumper that Matched perfectly with the entire car and the fit and finish was amazing. The shop’s owner is a great guy. He’s very nice and you can tell he loves to help people. This place is far from a rip off. The receptionist at the front desk is also very nice and pleasant both in person and on the phone. This is very rare in the city of Lynn. 5/5 for sure

I am highly impressed with the service, professionalism, and rapid turnaround. I brought my car in with a large, deep scratch on the rear right door. I got my car back clean and smelling like new, but it was also polished and free of scratches. The owner, Cessy, communicated with my insurance, so there was very little I needed to do. The receptionist and mechanics were friendly and attentive, addressing all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend this efficient shop—10/10! I had my car back in less than a week!
