I've been to their Sparks, NV location twice for repairs they definitely get a 5 star. The service writers are professional, courteous, and they listen to you. They resolved the problems and most mechanical repairs have a good warranty. I highly recommend Reno Vulcanizing-Sparks. Shout out to this amazing company!! My car’s AC was not working. Took my car to the dealership and the quote was ridiculous. Took my car to Reno Vulcanizing and their quote was markedly lower. In fact, they had to replace an extra part within my AC system but didn’t charge me because they wanted to honor their quote. That’s customer service! That’s integrity! These guys are amazing and honest. I'm always skeptical going to a mechanic, but these guys turned me around. Last-minute mechanic needs, and they got us in much quicker than promised. The original quote was corrected positively after the mechanic discovered a new issue. They contacted me right away and posted pictures online for you to view as soon as they get them. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for honest mechanics. Extra points to whoever can figure out the issue by watching video.

Needed new tires on my 2017 ZR2 Colorado to start a new job on Monday. Gave them a call the Friday morning befor and was able to make an appointment for 11a.m that day. When nobody could get the tires i wanted for more then three day to a week.They got the tires and had me in the road by 4 p.m. that day. Thanks guys You made my day

I can't say enough good things about Reno Vulcanizing Sparks! I've been going there for my oil changes for several years, and they always have me in and out quickly. Then last week, I had a leak in my tire and called first thing in the morning asking if they could squeeze me in. I fully expected them to say they were booked, but they got me a 10 AM appointment. Not only that, but they offered to fix another ongoing issue with my car while I was there (I thought I'd need to schedule it for a later date). They said both fixes would take about 2 hours, and I was out of there in 1 hour and 55 minutes. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues and I'll be going to them for any future vehicle needs.

Refused to give me a quote for front brake pads unless I Paid $80 for a full assessment. Explained to the guy that I know I just need brake pads, rotors are good. Rear brakes are fine, just need front pads...he still refused unless I paid $80. I'm not a female who knows nothing about cars.

Had a four wheel drive warning light flashing on my 2007 Tacoma. Mechanic determined the rear differential had inadvertently been engaged, he pushed the rear differential control button which solved the problem. I was not charged for this service. Person answered phone was not very helpful, maybe she did not have her coffee yet refused to even try to help me without a vehicle VIN number. year make model engine and drive train wasnt enough. ???.. and then stated they would need a dianostic evalution before proceeding. my car broken down on side of the road, looking for a shop to tow it to. glad i called first. hard to believe 3 locations with this type of service. i called the prater location. Just my experience. hope yours is better.

They put my studed snow tires on and bagged my summer tires put them in the rear of my car. I won't say what it cost only that it was MORE than fair and I could not be happier.
