I shopped around for close to a week to get my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. I'm on a tight budget having recently moved from Texas for the birth of my grandson. Rg auto was by far the best choice, Jean gave me an accurate diagnostic for free! I needed a wheel bearing and an axle. Jean gave me the best price with same day service! He also swapped tires I brought in for no extra charge! It's hard to find people that do honest work at great prices. Not like the money-hungry shops I've been to around here. Jean was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use RG Auto again if I needed to. Thanks Jean!!!

I took my car to RG for the first time. Jean was very professional and helpful. I thought I needed to replace some suspension parts and after having the car he told me that the parts were not damaged but installed incorrectly by the person who previously owned the car. He could have easily charged me for some parts I didn't need and gotten away with it because I had self diagnosed the car incorrectly. There are not many honest mechanics out there but Jean is one of the few good ones. They also have very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

BEST mechanic I have ever encountered in South Florida! The prices for parts are very reasonable and he’s very honest. Gives you all the information you need to know about your car problems and allows you to decide with no rush. Also, very willing to take me to get my car part at another location. There’s no other place that would make you feel as comfortable. Highly recommend !!

And more then three years now I have gone to see Gene exclusively. I trust him with our two cars, he’s always been very professional, timely and extremely honest. I'm very disappointed, I had a bad experience here where I ultimately had to take my car to another mechanic and the issue was with the coil packs. It was fixed in a couple hours. I really don't think that would have been so difficult to diagnose for a trained mechanic. Raul told me I needed $2500 dollars in repairs for things that were obviously not broken (cylinder head and timing chain). I was also told I had compression issues when the mechanic that actually fixed my car said it was fine. I paid for a diagnostic/estimate that did not diagnose the issue nor did I even get a written estimate. I don't know why I was charged but I upheld my end of the deal and paid $85 for basically nonsense. Wasted money towing my car here also. I would never complain and not pay someone but I really think these guys did not earn their pay. I recommend not bringing an older car here, they act like it's not worth their time.

Honest and fair pricing. Thought I was going to need my engine replaced or something from strong vibrations I was getting. After having them look at the problem, I only needed one motor mount. They could have easily charged me for all 3 motor mounts but like I said they are honest. Car runs smooth and they have a new customer for life.
