Had a tire delivered from Tirerack to this location in hopes to just have it installed since the price was right and the location wasn't too far from my home. Tirerack told me to call Autoglitz to make an appointment. When I called them, they told me they do first come, first served, so I got up early to get there before they opened at 8 to try and be first in line to have it done. When I got to the location, the photo of the building is not updated, but it's a black factory-style building, which is not a problem. The problem is there is no parking nearby since the entire block is private property that has tow-away signs everywhere, so you have to keep your head on a swivel and look out for tow trucks. Once the building opened at 8, I walked up while a guy was moving out cars and paid me no interest and seemed like he wanted to avoid me along with other people coming and going. I have never been here and don’t know how they operate. I am not sure if I wait at the garage door and they would help me since it’s a factory-style building, which I know sometimes they don’t like for people to walk in, and the entrance was busy with cars going in and out of the garage door. A guy in a red shirt was talking to a guy with a BMW and giving him tires in his trunk. After they finished, he asked me how I can help you. I told him I had a tire that was delivered here and I would like to pick it up. He said, “Oh yeah, it was for installation. Right?” I told him I would rather just take the tire. He asked me why. I just told him I didn’t like the area, which he tried to go back and forth with me on the matter, which is not wrong, but I didn’t like that I was just standing in the front of a business and nobody tried to help me in the slightest. So why would I do business there? So I took my tire to another shop without any issues after that. They might be good, I don’t know, but I won’t be finding out after that. ***UPDATE*** Thanks for replying but at the end of the day my review is based on my experience and at the very start it wasn’t a great experience for me, and me saying a vibe is just that I felt like I was ignored in the beginning so I’m not gonna give you a review based on performance of the business when I can’t get past the initial interaction when the first couple of minutes leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I won’t give you my time of day just to get more annoyed that’s why I asked for my tire and went to another shop that didn’t make me feel like I was invisible. And there was multiple people coming and going not just the guy moving the cars. Like I said in the previous post you guys might be good but just not for me I only give one chances to do business and I move on. God bless ✌🏾

Been going to Autoglitz for over 10 years. Orlando, Carlos and Andrew have taken car of many of my cars. From tire replacements to brakes, allignments and more my cars have always come out perfect. They don't scratch wheels like others when installing. And there is no other shop in S Florida that can balance tires like they can. I don't how they do it but any little vibration from bad prior balance jobs they fix. Highly recommend this shop.

I can’t recommend this shop and Carlos enough! I brought my daughter’s car in after the dealer told us it needed a lot of work. He took the time to look everything over carefully and was extremely honest. It turns out the expensive repairs the dealer pushed weren’t even necessary. Instead of trying to upsell, he gave straightforward advice and even helped us choose the right tires for the car without any pressure. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this trustworthy, professional, and kind. We’ll definitely be back.

A Mechanic Shop that works on modified cars!!!! I've been around and noticed the shop for a couple years now and I just recently learned that AutoGlitz can align my RSX, which is lowered. The lobby is simple; they have posters, signs, a wheel rack on display, a television, magazines (I enjoy reading) and other amenities needed for a cool, comfortable space. So...... my car used to violently pull to the right and I had no idea why.... The mechanics at AutoGlitz took care of that issue, making it significantly better (safer) to drive, and Carlos explained everything to me on the alignment sheet. With that being, said I've already recommended someone and will continue to do so. I also have to take my car back to the shop again to have some other things completed. In conclusion, I appreciate the services, I believe the prices to be fair and they have options to pay for the work overtime! Thanks again!!

3 stars ⭐️ because I arrived at 7:50 am and when they opened the office at 8:00am I was the first one to get in and when I was taking to the office clerk about my car, one guy just popped in and yelled that he was first and he was very loud making sure they take him in first. The people in the office saw me been there first and they didn’t do anything to let know that guy that I was the first one. I did not say anything because I don’t like confrontation so I let it slide. This was my first time using their services, and I just needed an alignment for my car. Another reason why this review is 3 stars ⭐️ is because when I came back to pick up my car, there was no one there to walk me through and explain what they did to my car and why or when I need to bring the car back for the next service, nothing! They need to work on their customer service before, during and after services are done. The lady at the counter just gave me the invoice and the paper with the final results of the alignment and I didn’t understand any of it and no one there to ask so I left. I hope this alignment is done good, only time will tell.
