Rialto Torque is one of the mechanic shops that based on relationships with the staffs excluding the owner. I cannot say for other individuals but as outsider being “Asian” in Inland Empire I have created a lot of relationships throughout the years that made me feel welcomed. Just be always vigilant and know your stuff. FYI: The owner might be asking you for more money so don’t be surprised if your bill racks up. Just go there for a simple oil change which is all they are good for.

I would recommend this shop to everyone, I am a Lil sketchy on who I have work on my vehicle always afraid of being over charged and not have quality work done. Wow was I amazed and surprised on what great customer service this shop has. This is my second time coming here and if the first time I came here was fast this second time was faster since I was already in the system. I didn't book an appointment so was walk in and they were ready to go .was in and out within 15 min or less.They were still super friendly and didn't try to tell me something else was wrong with my car ford edge 2020 nice jobs I really recommend this place
