So they came out replaced my windshield and like 2+3 days later it rains really good and I noticed water leaking inside truck from top windshield around the trim so I call them and they said yes u have a life warranty not sure what time they would be out the next day but they would stop by to reseal that area when they are close to me so I made sure I was home all day and no one showed nor giving me a courtesy call...I wait a few days and call him back again he said he be out the next day and nothing no show and no call again waitn til next day and called someone answered but immediately I was hung up on so I wait like 15-20 mins use a different phone acuz now I feel like they are avoiding me and doing their job so I ended up having to use a different phone to get thru to him and he says he would be by later on once again I make sure I'm home all day and again no show and no call and again avoiding my calls and I still have a leaking windshield that I have to come out the pocket to have sealed all over again. Bad business cuz one u was paid to do a job and it wasn't done right and two u don't honor ur life time warrant

The business name is Right Away. I had an appointment for Gilbert to come right away and he didnt come "at all." I didnt even get a phone call. How does this even happen when you have a website for people to put reviews? Although he was very nice, It was unacceptable to make a promise and represent a company like that.

We had a horrible experience with his business. They said they would come and fix out window. When they showed up, they charged us more than they quoted on the phone and they said it was because they didn’t not include labor in the cost. They fixed the window, and then they told us not to roll it down because they just finished working on it. The next comes, and the windows do not go down at all. We called them back and asked if they would come back and fix the window. They put us on hold for 40 minutes just to hang up on us. Then when we called back they said they would come back tomorrow and fix the problem. The next day came and they never showed. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

He replaced my windshield in 2/10/23. After 4 days of the windshield being changed out, I noticed the windshield had a raised line going across the right middle area of the windshield. I immediately called and shared my concern and it took him almost 2 weeks to even come look at the flaw. When he saw it he admitted it was a manufacturer flaw and agreed to fix it. Due to the rain we agreed to wait until after the rain had subsided. 2 months later I am still l being blown off and ignored, and then he finally agreed to fix it tomorrow. When I called to confirm, he said he would not be fixing it as too much time had lapsed. I reminded him that I reported this 4 days after he replaced my windshield and he is still refusing to replace it. I reminded him that he advertises that his work is 100% guratenee and is covered under warranty. He told me the manufacturer warranty isn't his fault and is refusing to fix his botched job. Do not trust him. I am reporting his business practice to the BBB as well as taking him to small claims court due to his flawed work, refusal to fix it , and refusal to refund me. I will be more than happy to share our complete communication exchange over the last 2 months with anyone considering hiring him to do any type of work to your vehicle. He is unprofessional and dishonest.

Let me start by saying this place is super unprofessional and unreliable. I had a job done by this guy and it was the worst job I've ever seen, I called him back to fix the install and he doesn't show. Then after a week of him saying he's going to show up he finally showed up just to assure me that the job was done right. The next day it rains, low and behold there is water coming in from the "job that was done right..." Lmao. Call him back and it's like pulling teeth just to get him to flake over and over.. so if you want to waste your time and money. Go ahead and call the guy to get your windshield done by Gilbert the wonderful( I mean worst) windshield installer.....

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY❗❗❗❗❗❗❗ He made a mess on my Tacoma, he installed the rear window leaving a lot of liquid, then he wouldn't answer anymore, I had to go to the person who owns a body shop, who had recommended him to me, after this he showed up, he put silicone on my glass, then my window wouldn't open anymore, and he was still liquifying when I washed my truck, I called him on a Thursday and he promised to come on Sunday, he never came, I called him, he didn't answer, then I sent a message, he said he would come on Wednesday of the following week, he never showed up and he never answered calls or messages, he just takes your money and never shows up. He stole $400.00 from me I had to buy another glass and pay a professional to do it.

Had the displeasure of driving near this company's van today 11/18 in Riverside. He broke driving laws twice while we shared the road- first he used the right turning lane to pass me at red light at an intersection, turning left against a red. Next left was a yield on green and he didn't use his turn signal. Seriously, your turn signal is that little stick 2 inches from your fingers, how can you be so entitled to think you are above driving 101? AT WORK?!? I've driven company vehicles and understood you have to be on your best behavior, because your actions are a reflection of the people that sign your checks. Reconsider hiring this company- if they tolerate this bad employee behavior how can you expect quality work?
