5++ stars. We were on a road trip and needed our punctured transmission fluid pan replaced. They fit us that same day and had all the parts ready to go when we arrived by tow truck. They even had the specialized lift for a high roof van. This shop went above and beyond in every way. Pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair.

Called here to get a price on fog lights. My car does not have them. Rich suggested I get new headlamps and polish the lenses that I have. I gave a deposit & told him to order the new bulbs. (Auto parts store said I couldn't get more powerful bulbs) Shipping was delayed and bulbs arrived on a Saturday. Rich called me & said he would meet at his shop and do the work on a Saturday. (He's not open on Saturday) The new lights are so bright. I can see! I have recommended Rich's Reliable Rides to several people already & will continue to do so. Thank you very much.

I was referred by many people on social media and Richard even messaged me privately on FB. Larry Miller Subaru said I had a cam carrier oil leak & it would cost $3600 to fix! Rich offered to look at my car and would waive the fee because I was a new client. He looked at my car and was honest and recommended I not put any money into repairing it & said I should think about getting a new car instead. I was very happy he didn't try to make a quick buck. I appreciated his honesty. He has integrity. I will be coming to him for any future auto repairs.

Absolutely wonderful fair pricing. Definitely knows what they're doing. I'm going to have them do my LS swap this winter because I've been so happy with the work they did on my traverse which required basically an engine swap. The whole thing had to be dropped out just cuz the way the engine is... But was nice enough to not charge me for labor that already had to be done when I just bought new parts rather than putting in the old parts and I feel like my car is going to last a lot longer than had. I taken it to another shop and they were going to charge me. You know to put in stuff that it was already being done..

Rich has done work on my vehicle and I moved to Oregon but today I needed a good mechanic so I drove over 100 miles to have Rich’s work on my car. He got me in right away and went above and beyond to find out that the front seal that I was told by the Oil Changers in Baker City, Oregon needed to be replaced in deed did not. The leak was coming from my power steering unit and hoses. He gave me a quote. When I am ready to get it fixed I will be back. I find Rich’s to be very fair with pricing, very trustworthy and thoroughly explains what is needed before he does any work. He is also very accommodating when it comes to getting an appointment made ASAP and getting the work done in a timely fashion. This is the guy you can send your Mom to without any fear that she will be taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is. My son came home for Thanksgiving from college and he was experiencing a coolant leak when he got home. Rich got us in the same day we called, assessed the problem and was able to fix it same day. This took so much stress off of us. We are very grateful and thankful for businesses like this in Nampa. There’s a reason every review is 5/5 this shop truly goes the extra mile. They are reliable, honest, and incredibly helpful. While driving from Phoenix to Seattle, I got a flat tire and bent a rim on New Year’s Day in Nampa. The rim was a rare type, but they were able to track one down and had the new tire and rim installed the very next day.
