They fixed my rear end on a very difficult color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal). The clear coat ended up needing a respray (which they took care of promptly). After that, it looked great. Color isn't a 100% flawless match, but it's as good as can be expected considering the circumstances. It certainly was not a cheap job, but they made sure it was up to my standards & came through with quality.

I’ve done business with Richard Karr on several occasions. This review is my most recent experience. I dropped my car off on a Monday for some minor body work. It was my understanding that it would only take 3-4 days, so I should have gotten it back on Wednesday or Thursday. I had heard nothing by Thursday, so I called them I was told they’d get back to me. On Friday, I called again. And was that the point told that the wrong part had shipped for the second time (they didn’t bother updating me when the wrong part was shipped the first time), but they thought it might come in “anytime”. To make a long story short, it took 11 days to get my car back. Communication was better during the second week. Not sure how much of the delay was their fault, but the communication is lacking.

Workmanship looks good. Only 4 stars because I thought it was a little slow but part of that was the insurance company's falt.The peason with Richard Karr handling my case Was Larry and I thought he did a great job looking after my best interest. Would use them again .

Very frustrating experience with Richard Karr Collision. It was taking so long, we came and picked up our car before it was complete. Vehicle was towed in on 4/25. Delay, delay, delay. The vehicle was not assessed until 5/28. Did not start work until 6-5. Pulled the vehicle on 6/24 because it was still not complete 2 months after receipt on a $8K repair. They did a good job settling up financially, or it would be a one-star review.

4.5 ⭐️ Work looks amazing. Communication was a breeze with choice via text or phone call. Donnie was pretty good at communicating updates after an initial delay. It caused the job to take longer than initially planned. Our vehicle had unique features that needed inspection. I will definitely use Richard Karr again.

My vehicle was recently involved in a collisions in April 2025 and Richard Karr was a number one recommendation that someone gave me. The customer care given by them definitely exceeded my expectations. Upon receiving my vehicle back after about a month off which I gladly didn’t mind the waiting. I took my truck into Richard Karr Collision due to a "parking lot" door ding on my truck bed. Mr. Berger did a great job coordinating the repair and keeping me updated. They had my truck in/out the next day. Not only did they fix the ding it went in for, they fixed another ding near it before painting the side of the bed. Looks fantastic!

The people are great. The quality and care of the repair work is not great. The people (great) did address issues after the first work was done, but my car ended up with new flaws that it not did not have when I delivered it to be worked on…. Interior piece of back door is not well sealed the way it was when I took it to be worked on, and a big mess of black glue is now on the interior. Also, the exterior was very dusty when I left in my car, so much dust on the windshield that it was a challenge to see good. The people were great with regards to communication and extremely helpful with insurance and getting a rental car. Don’t expect the excellence of the people in the office to equate to excellent collision work on the car.
