Car sputtered and stopped this morning, as I was going to run some errands. AAA techs said it wasn't a battery issue, so I took it to Rick's to let him have a check. I came in at about 1:30pm. He was able to take a look at it and diagnose the issue within a few hours, and got it fixed before 5pm. All the while, he called me to give me updates and let me know what was going on. I definitely will trust him again in the future!

Don't bring your car here! Poor quality work, complete disregard for appointments, outrageously over priced. This isn't really a mechanic. It's a little shop with minimal equipment and not really capable of diagnosing or fixing problems. This is more of overpriced oil change spot if that. No computer diagnostics no understanding of complex systems. More likely to have something damaged if you bring your car here.

Visited the shop at late June and surprised to learn that Rick has retired and passed the torch to Peter and Bobby. Battery was dead and warning light was still on after installing a new battery. As expected, a new alternator was needed and I requested to replace the starter too. New management team didn't like to talk, they just wanted to jump on working the car. Both alternator and starter were installed within promised time with the same old good pricing. Now battery warning light is off! Congratulation to Rick (now the fun begins) and new management team. As long as quality works are continued, will definitely come back here for maintenance!

Rick is awesome. My family has been coming to him for years. He's such a nice guy, especially with repeat customers, you can see why people keep coming back to him. There's been several occasions where something quick had been fixed by him and he just waived off charges, instead just being happy to help. His customer service is amazing and I feel he is very fair with his customers. I would most definitely recommend him as a mechanic.

My car works perfect now. My service light for the stop/start function has been on for a while. I took it to my local Jeep dealer and that a mistake. So grateful for this place!! My car needed an oil change and at the same time, the check engine light was on. He changed my oil (and it was much cheaper than Jiffy!), and scanned my car for why the light was on. He not only figured out what the issue was, but researched the issue with Subaru and found that there is a potential recall for the valve, and recommended that I take it to a dealer. I am SO GRATEFUL! I was in and out in record time, and felt truly taken care of. I will be sure to always come here for anything my car needs!
