I accidentally over-filled the oil in my car, and they were able to take my car in and drain it to the proper level within a half hour of me calling. Also, they only charged a nominal fee where I know another shop might have taken advantage of my position and way over-charged. Trustworthy, fast, freindly, honest. These guys saved my day!

Rick's is now my go to mechanic from here on out. My 2009 Mini was in need of an oil change and they took my car on the spot and finished in a short time. A few week the yellow check engine light came on and they fixed it that day - I was very impressed with their professionalism, experience, honesty and low prices. I will never take my car back to N****O as they can jack up the prices and recommend unneeded repairs. You can't go wrong with Rick's!

We took three cars for repairs. On our 2000 Dodge Dakota we knew we needed front axles, brake rotors, calipers, and pads. We asked for a diagnosis of the power steering leak. They told us the radiator was bad and was it ever! We had gotten estimates for just the stuff we knew about, but RICK'S did everything, including replacing a power steering hose AND power window assembly, for a lower price! Our mom's 2003 Mustang wouldn't pass smog and the other shop charged her over $500 for 2 tests and overnight storage! Then they were going to charge her to diagnose one thing at a time with an estimate of $1000 total. RICK'S took it to their smog guy FREE and immediately diagnosed an electrical problem that caused sensors to reset every time it was started (which we thought was the issue). RICK'S discovered it was the battery and replaced it (don't trust the tests at the auto parts store because they said it was 100%). Lastly, was our 2016 Elantra to get a second opinion on the AC system. We took it to PepBoys to get it checked, they charged $60, which is not credited to repairs, and told us everything needed to be replaced. RICK'S diagnosed it FREE and it's $500 less to fix it. Of course, they showed us all our old parts. It was faster than we expected, too :) We will always come here first from now on.

“Very disappointed with the service at this tire shop. I came to get a tire repaired, and instead of doing a proper job – removing the tire and patching it from the inside as it should be – they just inserted a plug, which only temporarily fixes the problem. I trusted the professionals, but in reality, I was just deceived. This kind of job could have been done by myself in a few minutes, but I paid for quality service, which I did not receive. I strongly do not recommend this place if you want the job done right!”

One of the best auto shop experiences I've had. I had them replace my alternator for a fair price, and when I took it home the battery kept dying. Took it back to the shop and they replaced the battery for free! Thanks so much!

Honest and professional. Refused to charge me anything when they found nothing wrong to fix. (Check engine light was on with EVAP code but smoke test showed no leaks, so they reset the check engine light and drove around to make sure there was no issue as well as doing a multi-point inspection, then told me about the whole diagnostic process and refused to let me pay for anything since nothing was fixed.) Throughout the whole process they were kind, comminicative, and knowledgeable. Will be recommending this auto place to family and friends!

I went to this place because my friend told me about and also it was close by from my work place. The guy (I am so sorry I asked the name but forgot as quickly , the gentleman who was working in morning of Jan 18th.) He was very nice, helpful and professional. He listened to my tire problem and fixed the flat tire right away. I couldn't believe how easily and quickly my tire was fixed. I am very happy with the service I got. I am going to the Rick Tire for any auto needs. I highly recommend this place to my coworkers friends and families.

It was a quick call and very welcoming, telling me to come down. He will check out my tire. This gentleman made me feel safe and reassured me that there was a nail in my tire and showed me. He also went and patch the tire and checked all four for air and did not ask for one cent. There are amazing people out there and good karma will come around. I will pay it forward and I will also bring my business back there. Just outstanding!! I was in such awe that I didn’t catch his name or if it was in fact Rick… to be continued🙏Thank you. We had a car problem that was preventing it from starting properly. I called several places before Rick's and he told me to come down and he'd take a look at it. I came into the shop with several check engine light codes. They were able to service the issues with no problems. We replaced my knock sensor and crank shaft sensor, performed an emissions systems cleaning, and an oil change. I am very satisfied with the work done. The mechanic MOE was very helpful & Mukhtar made sure I saved as much money as possible.

I was passing through town and my aunt noticed the tread on my tires was very low. She found these guys and we are SO HAPPY she did. Rick’s offered us very kind and helpful service. They are so sweet! And super fast! I’m a small female college student and not once did they discredit me or question what I told them I knew about my car or what was wrong: that’s a personal first! Very kind. Very courteous. Very professional. I had an issue with my breaks: they got me in and out within the hour, and fixed it. The problem came back a month later, and I didn’t have the receipt paper work that I got from them after they did it the first time. The lovely man at the desk went through all of the files and found their copy! He was so nice! Explained to me everything, and even offered me a warmer room to sit in while I was waiting! Quick in and out, and they didn’t even charge for the second one! 10/10 recommend!

I can't thank Rick's Tires and Auto enough. Here is my story. I got an oil change at another shop. They said I needed new brake pads and rotors for $1400. Knowing nothing about cars, I took their word for it and started requesting quotes. Rick's was by far the most reasonably priced so I decided to bring my car there. Upon inspection they came to the conclusion that my rotors AND my brake pads were nowhere near end of life. They took the time to explain what to look for next time so I wouldn't get duped again. That won't be needed... because I will be taking my car here exclusively going-forward. In summary, this team saved me $1300... THANK YOU!!!
