Scammers. Overcharge for everything. They said they had towing service as well, when we called the towing guy tried to charge us $1000 for 4 hours when he only spend 40 minutes. The Big Rig said its a separate company, I will talk to them reduce the price to $750 which I paid. Then, for repairs shop said I needed to replace the Def Pump. I said ok. Then gave invoice for repairs cost of the pump showing $1900 when it really costs around $900. They sent me a link for payment that would not work 5 pm central. The day was already over. The next day morning, the shop said now I have to send them bill for towing as well when my truck and trailer were still in the shop. Complete scammers. Avoid at all costs
