Worst experience I ever had. The worker quoted a price and the terms in the beginning to one set and when they get you in the back they add on stuff and amounts that was told tobe included with tire purchases in the beginning. Any way for a $400 set of tire was going to cost around $2500 with all the stuff they add that’s not told to you and they don’t disclose that until after the tires is on thinking they have one over on you. But I had them take the tires off and put my back on buyers read there contract very close

A woman from this company called me looking for someone with my same last name and refused to explain how she got my number or why she was calling. When I asked for basic information she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend doing business with a company that handles customer contact this way.

I was very skeptical about putting Nexen tires on my car after being screwed over by Mavis with a cheaper tire that they recommended. I feel like I did give Ed a hard time about these tires and I do apologize because they are actually wonderful. I literally felt like I was floating on a cloud with these tires. Yes you do feel bumps and whatnot here and there, but these tires are a day and night comparison to what mavis gave me. The only issue I had which didn’t help my skepticism is that I was told one day that they had the Nexen ah8s, then the next day they only had Nexen ah5s. I would have probably preferred the ah8s, but I took a chance and decided to go with the ah5s despite some reviews. I have had them for a week now, and I honestly like them. Also I am a delivery driver so any road you can image I have already been down with these tires and have not had issues at all. I have been down 31 at 80mph…, I have been down country dirt roads (these are obviously tires that are not going to go through mud so just keep that in mind I wouldn’t take my car through mud anyways…), and I have been on rough roads. You have some road noise but not much at all and you can feel some bumps in the road if they are bad. Other than that these tires are great especially for the price.

These guys are for real! Was broke down with no jack to put my spare on. They came by with a truck, put the spare on, and followed me back to their shop. Then, they were able to beat pricing for my tire size of any of the places I called that morning AND replaced a lug nut for super cheap. This would’ve turned into a several hour affair without these guys. THANK YOU!

If you are short on funds and need tires now, they have a program in place that will assist you. You pay a very small amount at time of purchase and can make payments from there. This program helps people to get tires now and not breaking the bank by doing so. Please visit them if you need any assistance.

Out of all the tire shops around RNR was most definitely the best in customer service! I went in because my tire had a hump and they got me in within a matter of minutes, the wait was minimal.. but even when I was waiting they offered comfort! Everyone I went to just get a used tire and I walked away with a set of 20 in rims and a new set of tires. Shaun was awesome! I have never had a better purchasing experience in my life. Shaun is a really good guy and gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. If you need tires,rims or maintenance go see this guy and you want regret it!!
