Coasted in to Robco with what I thought was big transmission trouble with my truck. Was impressed with professionalism of the mechanic. Hooked up to diagnostic equipment before providing any guesses. Policy to use only factory parts and give a one year warranty was reassuring. Gave me a time when they would have diagnosis done and call me. Called right on time. Problem was fuel injectors, ignition coils and plugs. A lot less expensive then a new transmission( which they could have told me and I would have believed). Cost was reasonable.Truck runs great now. Highly recommend this shop. Friendly and professional. Thanks guys!

Had an issue with what I believed to be my transmission... felt like it was lurching while stopped at a traffic signal... quickly looked up excellent reviews for Robco transmissions... and took my 07 Highlander in. So I got a call the very next day and "Shorty" tells me it has nothing to do with my transmission!! It's the coils, an electrical problem! So of course, I thought, "ok, where should I take my car now?" But... He tells me they do "ALL car repairs, except for alignments" and can repair this issue for me... AND-they only use genuine Toyota parts!! HE WAS SO helpful and offered several options. I chose to replace all 6 coils and plugs as I want to keep the vehicle for a long time. Got er done the next day, with an option to pay cash to avoid credit card fees!... My new favorite, fair, and honest repair place!!!😁

New customer that brought car in for a front end problem. They accurately diagnosed the issue and fixed it 1st time. Prices are very reasonable but more importantly the quality of their work is top shelf. I will be a repeat customer. As a foot note, I also needed new tires, they are specialty tires for a Jeep Rubicon. They couldn't find anything that was reasonably priced. They suggested that I look on line and have the tires shipped to their garage. They mounted the tires, balanced them and took it for a front end alignment. The Jeep rides better than new. I love a garage that will work with you.

I loved this shop the first time I stopped here to get a quote on brake repair and also my a.c. Robin actually gave me THREE options for replacing my a.c. I had already been to 5 other places so I knew he offered the best price. There is a sign in the office that says his business grows, not by advertising, but by word of mouth from satisfied customers. Trust me, I am a VERY satisfied customer and am always telling friends about Robin's honesty and obvious care for his customers. To me, finding a great mechanic is second only to finding a good doctor. I feel like I am dealing with family when I take my car here, that's how confortable the atmosphere is. So glad I have a trustworthy mechanic.

After reading their response I'm confident Robco would have made this right had they gotten the opportunity. The front seal was leaking again after they replaced it. I confirmed this with my own eyes after I returned to my home in Georgia. Not being a transmission expert myself and knowing that the transmission had been through hell twice, I opted to replace the entire transmission. Came in from out of town with a leaky 4L65e GM transmission. Leak came back within 200 miles. Rob was able to see me quickly and completed the repair in a timely manner despite an incoming hurricane. I called Rob for advice when the leak reoccurred, and he said: "maybe it's leaking from XYZ instead". His advice was to keep transmission fluid in it. Now I'm set back $1100 with no recourse. I'm a person with reasonable expectations for a transmission repair. Had the transmission started slipping / overheating but was holding fluid - this would be 5 stars. Had it started leaking from somewhere else - 5 stars. Had he recommended a new pump, a full reseal, a new converter, or even a new transmission I would have done it.

I was so afraid to take my car with 25 miles from where I live. I searched the web for a repair shop, after I had did my own check on the car and the pricing for the repairs😁. Let me tell y'all after reading the reviews of Robco, I took my car there. I was so nervous and even told the guy I was and that it was his reviews that got me here. Good customer service, answer all your questions , and my car was fixed and am very happy with the service I received and they offer finances. I will recommend them to others.Thank you

My Silverado had some transmission issues which ended up resulting in needing a rebuild. Robco gave me a 1.5 week ETA but had it finished up in 5 days. The transmission is as good as new, and my truck is back on the road for years to come. The rebuilt transmission also came with a 12 month / 12k mile warranty. Great service and these guys know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone.

WARNING!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience and Rob was unbelievably rude when I called to address the issue. I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic due to the check engine light being on for Wednesday, 4/23. On Sunday, 4/20, the car was towed there due to not starting. Someone from Rob called on Monday and said they found the issue was the starter went out. I gave approval to work on it. They completed the car on late Tuesday, but I requested to pick up on Thursday. The cost was $750. Now, the check engine light is still on and the car still has issues starting. I called back and spoke to Rob. He pretended to be oblivious to the fact that if the car was already there it would make sense to complete the appointment for the diagnostic. He claims the $750 did not include the diagnostic. He said the starter is different than a diagnostic. He advised me that he no longer wants to work on my car because I advised that I could not understand how the diagnostic was not completed, and now (4/26) the starter is having issues. Now, I have a dysfunctional starter with a warranty and he is refusing to fix it. I was never rude, my voice tone and inflection was normal, and he was adamant that he would not correct the issue because he did not want to take responsibility. I want to warn everyone about this place. It is not a reputable company and they are taking advantage and charging excessively and not fixing the issues!

The guys at ROBCO are professional, respectful and honest. The first time I went, I had an AC issue and took my car to 2 AAA approved garage and I got quotes upward of $2000 for the repairs, they also charged me for the "diagnostic". I went to ROBCO, he listened to the car, told me what it was, how much it would cost, didn't charge me for the "diagnostic", the price was more than half cheaper than the other guys. Their service included a one year warranty, and without my asking, he showed me the broken part after the repair. I've been taking my cars at ROBCO ever since. As a women, I highly recommend their services. They give you direct and honest answers, no long stories. I've been taking my cars at ROBCO ever since.
