Got my car service and bumper repainted there. The service was amazing. Ruben and Eddie helped me every step of the way. Took amazing care of my car and when I got it back it looked brand new again. I highly recommend Rock Honda because they listen to your problems that you are having with the car. They did an excellent job fixing my gas tank and bumper. I'm definitely going to stick to them for any service jobs. Thank you so much.

Do not recommend. The service center is ran completely inefficiently. Appointments are pointless because you’re going to wait an average of 45-60 minutes to just to be helped by someone, from there- depending on the service you need you’ll be there for a minimum of 2.5HRS as that wait time is just for an oil change. This is a recurring issue- go back a couple of reviews and see that is not an area they are concerned with addressing. They are clearly understaffed and need to restructure the way they handle their department. The entire team needs training on how to handle disgruntled customers but a good place to start is don’t have us wait an hour to be helped. Clearly a good manager is needed and either they have a crappy one or none at all.

I bought my car here at this dealer about a month ago a 2020 Toyota Camry, well turns out it broke down just past the month, I just couldn’t believe it that it left me stranded on the street. Called service to have them picked up and shockingly they don’t have a tow truck service, ok I paid for it, brought it in a Tuesday it’s Friday and they still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it, no courtesy car service either unbelievable. Now picking it up they say I have to take it to a Toyota dealer because they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. Horrible service nobody knows what’s going on, oh and I have to take it to another dealer? you’re still responsible for this damage car you just sold me making me believe it was in good condition. Save your time, money and headaches down the road and go somewhere else. Update: had to call the tow truck again 😡😡 after they sent me home not knowing what’s wrong with it David: then tell me why it’s November 3rd and your techs don’t answer or return my calls, you guys still have my car I don’t know what is going on with it, meanwhile am still making payments with no car

Dealership is extremely nice and clean, provides free drinks and water while waiting. Staff is friendly. I gave it 4 stars as I had my first appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 30 minutes early, got checked in, 3 and half hours later I was finally leaving.

Rock Honda also provided a short video clip of what the mechanic technician inspected, which was cool to see. I felt that we were able to negotiate a fair price for the services recived, so I'm happy with the service. Plus I was able to enjoy the waiting lounge, hot coffee, and other amenities. Edited to include wait time: time wise I think I was out of there in under 2 hrs...maybe even under 1hr 45 min. It was faster than I expected but there was also only 1 car ahead of me when I arrived for my appointment.
