My family and I have been going here for years. There’s a reason for that; the level of honesty and transparency is unmatched. For me, as someone who doesn’t understand cars too well, I’ve always experienced great communication. They not only tell me the problem, they explain it and teach me how to recognize, avoid, and deal with the issue for future reference. What I am most appreciative about is their understanding of how essential our cars are to us. They always get the job done properly but also in a timely fashion. Let me start by saying I was in NC on a business trip and heard a very loud noise coming from under the hood. You can imagine the FEAR that needing car repairs as an out of state individual. Having what looked like a very FULL schedule of business the owner still took the time to personally look at my truck and determined that it needed a Belt. I explained that I had just dropped my wife off at a restaurant down the street and would run pick her up and be right back. Mr. Marion instructed an employee to get a vehicle for me to go pick her up so he could get started on the repairs. WOW, he had known me all of 2 minutes, WOW. I picked up my wife and returned to his shop while they made the repairs. Knowing that we were under tremendous time constraint as our girls needed to be picked up 3 hours away. They completed the repair so fast and with no appointment and the cost was...wait for it.... probably less than if my shop back home had done it. WOW! The only negative to our experience was one of the guys in the office ate most of the sushi my wife bought for lunch...ROFL, just kidding. He is actually my hero as every piece he ate was one less my wife wouldn't try to make me eat, Thank you! Sushi, Try some fried chicken! Seriously, everyone we met was so wonderful. I pray God will continue to bless you, your business and all the work of your hands!

Heading up to the mountains from Greensboro, no air conditioning. Stopped here at Roger Marion! They took excellent care of us right away, fixed our air conditioning and we were on the road within 45 minutes. Great place to take your car. I've been taking mine there for a few years now, and they've always been great. Customer service has been good. Sometimes I'll need rides to/from, and they always arrange these. One key factor for me in mechanics is honesty, since most of us don't know enough about cars. The Roger Marion guys will tell me, and not charge me, when something *doesn't* need to be fixed, or if they suspect they made a mistake. That's huge. And of course they also do a great job. Recommended.

We’ve always had great experiences with Roger Marion. They always get us in right away, do excellent work, and charge a fair price. Today, they did a repair on our son’s used car. Knowing he’s a new driver, they not only checked everything over for safety, Roger also handed him his card and told him if he ever breaks down and can’t get in touch with mom & dad, to give them a call, and they will come help him.
