I went here for control arm bushing replacement and brought my own parts. I was told I would get a call with pricing before any work was done but I wasn’t. I believe these mechanics do great work but I do think it’s a good business practice to let your customers know how much something is going to cost before doing it.

I had to get some work done on my car (control arms & wheel bearings). They were able to get the work done in a day at a good price. The next day I noticed I was missing my leatherman keychain tool (~$40). I didn't find it anywhere around the house. I went to Village Auto Care and they had found it the night before where I was standing when I paid the bill & got my key. They didn't have to acknowledge finding the tool, but they did. To me that is a very good indicator of their integrity. Would definitely recommend. BTW, the work performed fixed the car problems.

Having problems getting my truck started and then cutting off as I drove down the road. I cold called Neil because Roger Marion Village Automotive is so close to my home and I was wary of trying to drive my truck very far. He told me I could bring it in at my earliest convenience that same day. When I did, he committed to have the problem diagnosed and to call me with an estimate ASAP. He followed through on everything he promised and the camshaft selector sensor wound up being replaced by closing time, all in the same day. Very professional, fair, affordable and honest throughout the process. It’s the kind of automotive repair place I’ve been looking for. I will be a permanent, long time customer for automotive repair and maintenance on both vehicles I own.

My family has gone to both locations for years. Decent prices and consistent quality of work. A part broke on my most recent service. They showed me the part, explained everything, and comped the labor cost for it. Car was done in a day even with a high volume of business. Highly recommend

They’re phenomenal and fair. Beyond fair. They took in my van and tried to find the problem with it, drove it every day for a week and couldn’t get it to mess up (it’s an old van and just has some random glitches sometimes) I thought for sure I’d get a huge diagnostic fee since they spent probably 10 hours with it, but they couldn’t find the problem so they told me no charge and bring it back if it messes up again. They even filled it up for me when it came to them half full. Highly recommend these guys. Classic southern hospitality/home town/ family shop.

These guys are awesome. I had an exhaust issue that they replaced quickly for a grwat deal. I even had another issue, self inflicted, with my exhaust later that day and they fixed it the next morning within 20 minutes on the house. Excellent customer service and attitude. Highly recommend!

I was sent here by a friend of mine and am I glad I was, the price I was quoted at the dealership for less than half of what was done with this job. Needed strut work done as well as oil change, brakes (rotors included) and tire rotation. What I paid for all of that was only $100 dollars more than what the dealer quoted me for ONLY the strut work. These guys got me in and out in one day and the work was done just right. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly (for most) the price was more than fair. I’ll definitely be back and refer anyone I know needing car work to them. Keep up the good work guys, much appreciated.
