Traveling 3 hours up here for my wife to have surgery when I began to experience some car issues. A Google search led me to Roger. He was extremely cordial and took the time out of his evening to take a look at my concern. After he was finished looking at my car, he felt confident that there would be no issue getting home and we parted with a handshake. He definitely helped put my mind at ease and if you're in need in this area, please do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve had multiple experiences with Rogers auto repair and he has always gone above and beyond making sure our car is in working condition! He is better than any repair shop and he makes sure it is done right the first time. I’ve never had to wait for his service he always comes when we call! No matter what time I have called or texted l he gets back to me in a few minutes with a solution. He is very reasonable with his timing on fixing it and prices to do so. I will definitely continue using him for all of my car needs.

Roger was very professional and went above and beyond to help my daughter replace her battery. He tested it, drove to the store bought a new one, and installed it. I live 3 hours away and my daughter attends Marshall university so I couldn't be there to help. Roger stepped up and my daughter car is now running. He saved us a 6 hour trip and a tow bill. His prices are great and I am very happy that he was able to provide his professional services. Highly recommend!

Rogers Mobile Auto Mechanic is an absolute lifesaver! I was in a bind with my car, and Roger came to the rescue. He not only diagnosed my car problems, he eventually accompanied me to get another vehicle to make sure I didn't make the same mistakes again. His prices are also unbeatable. Roger offers the best rates around and I've never felt taken advantage. He and his wife are some of the warmest, most caring individuals you'll ever meet. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Just call a shop or someone else. I spent a week trying to get consistent communication just to be told to get someone else to do it. As a former small business owner this was ridiculous. I will never contact him again to get any of my stuff worked on. I'll keep doing it myself. Edit. I was going to leave out the time part but you're trying to sound like you did the right thing, all for someone trying to plan and schedule with you when to meet with you since you could be of no assistance the day I broke down, I left the car and went home trying to communicate with you on when you would be available to work on the car. We went back and forth trying to find a time that worked for you to meet and you stated "I can't do anything before 5pm" which I said I was OK with 5 or whatever and then you immediately told me to find someone else. I can provide screenshots of how it took you days to respond and how you even responded to another customer but sent it to me.

I was stranded after my brakes failed coming into town. With limited options on a Saturday night I called Roger and he discovered that the caliper bolts were missing on one of the wheels. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem but he helped source out the very hard to find Mercedes bolt and in 99 degree heat the next day he installed it. Very grateful to have had his help. I’d still be at the gas station parking lot stranded.

Roger is great and really cares for his customers! The repair was a lot cheaper than a auto-shop would’ve been, and Roger went above and beyond making sure that my car was safe and that I was satisfied with his work. He explained everything to me in detail about the issue, did multiple tests to make sure the issue was resolved, and followed up days later to make sure the car was running okay. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge and tools that Roger has. He will definitely be my “go to” for any diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in the future!

Had a bent control arm on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I tried for days to get these suckers off with my own muscle but yet failed. My Jeep is a personal treasure to me it being my first vehicle and me being a Jeep XJ fanatic for its off-road camping capabilities I wanted to find the right person to work on it. Found him on google with the best reviews and gave him a call. Came in the next day and had them off and back on in good time. Super nice guy and great pricing (so much so I’m leaving him a tip) if I have anymore problems I can’t fix myself I’m definitely calling this guy. I definitely recommend him if you really care for your vehicle.

TEN STARS!! I was basically stranded yesterday with a bad alternator and limited time on a new battery without needing another jump and no one to help. My husband works out of town and my dad is elderly & in another state. I was freaking out! I pulled up Google and searched my area for auto repair. I called a place close to me in Lavalette that I had briefly used before and they were unable to assist. I saw Roger’s and all his positive reviews and called him next! Within minutes, he worked me into his schedule and within an hour he had me back on the road! Furthermore, before he just went and changed my alternator, he verified it was bad. He didn’t just throw a part on because someone else said so, and I appreciated that so much. Roger also showed me that my terminal bolt was stripped so it wasn’t tightening it down like it should, just in case I had an issues; as well as told me about a tool I can buy myself to check my alternator next time! (I basically bought a new battery first because of Advanced that I didn’t really need just to check the alternator first). He was pleasant, efficient and absolutely reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely use again! May even add as Emergency Contact for my hoopty until I get my other vehicle fixed!!! Just kidding, but seriously, this guy was amazing and I’m so thankful!!!

Roger’s is solid. Took my car in for some weird noise it was making, and he figured it out pretty quickly. Didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which is rare these days. Prices were fair, and he’s super chill to talk to, explains things in a way that actually makes sense. Took a little longer than I hoped, but honestly, my car’s running way better now. I’d definitely go back next time something pops up.
