When my fender bender initially happened lets just say I thought i was screwed…the MASSIVE quotes i was getting from OTHER shops all around LA telling me “oh we are definitely going to have to replace the panel and itll cost $$$$” (not the low $$$$’s either) All hope was lost until i stumbled upon ROI motors, i sent them photos on yelp, they responded with “we can actually fix that, we will do it for $$$ flat rate” within ten minutes. I was skeptical at first, it was the lowest quote I received by FAR so i was scared..i showed up there for them to review it in person and Dave greeted me with his colleagues with such kindness!! they took a look at the car, said “yep we can fix that” (note this is THE ONLY shop that said they could fix it instead of having to replace it)..we shook hands and i left them the car! I got back from my business trip and just picked up the car…i am ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED, it turned out BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT EVER COULD. listen i was skeptical, this was an aluminum body panel that had been pinched pretty badly in multiple places. Other shop’s reviewed it in person and said itd be impossible to fix. So I thought it would be impossible to fix..well they proved me wrong, and it came out BETTER than i ever thought it could, i am beyond grateful for everyone at ROI for your SMOOTH process, SPEEDY TURN AROUND, and AMAZING MARKET PRICE..you guys are a blessing, and ill be recommending you to all my friends in the future..im gonna add photos below, so all the people reading this review can see the magic for themselves.
