I took my car to this shop (Sheldon) to find the issue with my car. I told him another place said it was the alternator and I wanted another opinion because I just had one put in. He puts a machine on my car and "tests" the alternator. He goes in and gets me a quote for such. He told me it was for sure the alternator and I take to him to get it fixed the next day. I asked him to contact me WHEN he started my car and it wasn't until AFTER he put and alternator in did he contact me and say I didn't need one the old one worked fine, I just needed coolant but I still had to pay for the alternator. He crooked me out of almost $170 for a $16 coolant top off. He told us he just put it in because I asked him to see if it was the alternator not because I needed one.

One of the only places I will take my vehicles to. Sheldon is very fast, efficient, great value for the work performed. This is the only place I will take my suburban to be worked on. Sheldon is great! He's fast, efficient, trustworthy, and doesn't over charge you. He has done a lot of work on my car and I have always been impressed. And my car has been a pain at times! I would recommend Sheldon to anyone needing some work done on their vehicle!
