Always a great experience! Very thorough inspections and great on following up after services have been completed. From the front desk to the mechanic and to Joey the owner, they treat you very well, and have the “we do things the right way” type of attitude. After expensive quotes from other shops ok repairs I didn’t need, I went to Joeys even before it was on Fluer Drive and knew at that first visit I didn’t want to take my car anywhere else. What I liked was that Joey explained what I needed and only fixed what truly needed repaired which kept in cost down yet I always felt like my car was well taken care of when going here. Ben or Brent who usually works the front counter is also very good and explaining the process. I am an 20 year old college student that recently bought my 2011 Range Rover for a very decent price. About a week ago I got a suspension fault code and decided that I would get it looked at. I took it into their shop and they said they would figure it out an in hour and get back to me. They instead took the hour to diagnose my belts tires, etc. I didnt receive the results of this initial test until 2 days later. They said that my car popped 5 pages of module codes, but when asked for the proof and logs of the codes, I never received them. I then waited 6 days after the initial inspection for them to take 3 hours to diagnose the car, but instead it sat in the lot the entire time. Mind you the suspension code only comes on after driving the car and it had the exact miles on it that it came in with. So, I picked up the car and will be taking it to a new shop. I was charged 175 for the initial inspection and they tried to convince me to give them 850 for 3 more hours of diagnostics. Hell no. Also, on the paper I received at checkout they stated I declined their service for a valve gasket replacement and an oil change when I was never notified of them wanting to do either. I just did an oil change a week before this. Overall, terrible service, terrible communication, and I will never be going back. It's unfortunately a shame they try to take advantage of young individuals.

I called and see if they would be able to look at my car,battery and the electric system to make sure after my brother had well thought he started my car ,he had not started it but had the battery on and heat turn up to full blast and radio up listening to it well my other brother came and safe the day but check engine light was on so I wanted to make sure things were ok I told Joey that iam a wariey wart so bring it in I did so he explained what was going on and happening and took me home called a little bit later and came and got me and said what was happening and I said ok do it ,very honest and talk straight up about what needs done and staff every friendly I well be coming back to Joey auto care

I was recommended Joey’s by a trusted source who had dealt with them in the past and had great things to say. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I didn’t end up having the work done because the price I was given was completely unreasonable. To say the customer service was lacking is an understatement. I called during the week to set up an estimate. I was told that they would need to do a full inspection before being able to give me an estimate, completely understandable. I told the man on the phone that the engine temp sensor needed to be replaced and that was the estimate I was as looking for. I set the appointment up for Friday at 8:30am. The inspection was not completed until 2pm on Monday. I told them I would need to call them back with a decision. I called back in the 4 o’clock hour to informed them I would not be having the done and would be picking up my car. I was then told that the tech had torn my car apart and left for the day. I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until Tuesday. I was told the inspection would cost $133 but then was charged over $173, just for them to tell me I was correct in the part that needed replace. Would not recommend Joey’s to anyone. ***EDIT*** Joey's auto shop replied to my message above stating, "the total repair quote was $253.50". That is NOT what I was told by the person at the counter. I was told that it would be over $350 to switch out the coolant sensor (with the diagnostic test), without doing a full flush of the system which would be an additional $250. For a total of $600 to fix an engine temp sensor repair. If I would have been quoted the $253.50 I would have had the repair done. Sounds like there is some serious miscommunication between the owner/employees and customers.

The experience was exactly what they told me over the phone when I made the appointment. They got my son's BMW in the next day. Then text me tons of pictures, video, test results, and explanations of what they found and then followed up with a phone call about an hour later so I was able to review their report to decide what to do and what to keep an eye on for future. The guys here are amazing. Aaron sent me pictures of everything that was wrong with my car and was honest with me about what needed to be fixed right away and why. My car was done in one day. Price is very very reasonable. I will definitely be using Joey’s again.
