I’ve used Rory’s a few times and couldn’t be happier with their service. Always so friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend! - Again great service. Just went with my newly purchased used 4runner (5thgen). I wanted to install new LED headlights that I bought myself. I tried to install myself, but found the stock lights had already been altered and made it very confusing for me. I love doing stuff myself, but that's the limit for me with cars, electronics wiring is just out of my realm, what a confusing mix (Kudos for you that understand that!). Anyways, Roy's figured it out and got my new headlights (and fog lights) installed for a very decent price, and I cant thank them enough!

i have used Rorys several times for multiple issues on my vehicles because they have always been honest and fair pricing. I have been extremely pleased with their service. I have even asked if I should do certain preventative things and they suggested I didnt need it done yet, even tho it was money for them. i would recommend them to anyone.

Alignment was done properly except they didn't bother to make sure the steering wheel was straight. It was not done properly apparently. Added note. I took my car to Porsche North Scottsdale and they said that not only was the wheel not straight, (tie rod adjustment) but the caster was all wrong on the front end. I paid the tax at the dealership for them to fix my car properly. This caused the left front tire to rub on the front of the fender liner. Even if you did it for free, I would never let your shop touch my car again. I have no idea who Joe is. I did do extensive computer repairs at your shop, but was there in an off duty capacity when the alignment was performed. The way you treated the company I worked for was the reason I never brought my car back. You retaliated against my previous employer and I didn't want you to retaliate against me in kind. If you want to bring all the facts to bear be my guest. I expected the same level of professionalism I provided you in my official capacity to carry over to me being a customer. I did not feel comfortable with your business working on my car after this fallout with my previous employer.
