I don’t think their seafood is fresh this is the second time I had buying fish there and it smells really fishy and slimy. I bought in fish and other places in other states and fish is it supposed to Smell over fishy and slimy

Very disappointed. Purchased a coffee pot from Rose’s as a Christmas gift for my dad. He was in the process of buying a new condo and it would need to be fully furnished. Thought it would be a good idea to buy all of his kitchen appliances. He just closed on the condo February 22 and moved in this past weekend. So, the coffee pot has been sitting in the box since I purchased it. He moves in his new condo and tries to make coffee... the brand new coffee pot doesn’t work. Rose’s return policy is 30 days. I even explained the situation and still will not let me exchange. I understand places have return policies, however, when a customer comes to you and is genuinely upset because a gift you purchased is broken then you fix the problem. I don’t want a refund just wanted to exchange my item. I hate writing this review because I have LOVED Rose’s since they open on Pass Rd. and I have done a lot of shopping there. However, I am very disappointed.

Not worth the star terrible customer service corporate needs to check in with their people Walmart is up because they customer services is great please hire people with the understanding that you will have different kinds of people with different personality don't you step out of character just do your job please get mystery shoppers into your stores

When this store first opened it was very nice,but now THIS STORE IS GHETTO!!! WORKERS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT FIGHTING!!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE! AN HONEST PERSON CAN'T EVEN GO IN THERE AND SHOP. THEY THINK EVERYONE IS STEALING. I USED TO SPEND HUNDREDS IN THAT STORE AND WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. THEY HAVE NO COUNTER SPACE. THE CHECK OUT TAKE 40 MINUTES!!!!!!

I was trying to return 2 bras I purchased from there with tags still attached and a receipt and they wouldn't take it back. I even ask the lady when I purchase them can I return items if I don't like since dressing rooms where closed and she said yes, now when I to go return them they said I can't. Probably will not be returning for return policy reasons.

Great affordable store. Big selection of household items and clothes. Seniors get 10% off their entire purchase on Wednesday's. Customer service do sucks but it could be over looked by the cheap prices.

Twice I returned poor fitting jeans purchased for a family member. Manager always seemed to be too busy and the Jean sizes were not correctly labeled. Prices are good if you can find a pair that actually fits

I stopped by to make a purchase today when I got off work & the lady ringing me up didn't know how to process the gift cards I was trying to buy so I suggested to put them back & I'd get them elsewhere. (They are non refundable) Then she implied I wasn't trying to pay for everything I had clearly placed on the countertop. I really hate to complain but she made me feel like a bum, when I was simply cashing out like everyone else.
