Aside from the really great customer service, they have a really great waiting room with comfortable chairs and cold waters/coffee. They were really helpful and quick with my estimate and paperwork. They even offered to give me a ride to and from a local car rental place. They even detailed my car before I picked it up! Highly recommend this place! Don’t hesitate to call for an appointment or estimate.

I use to go here all the time but now The new front office lady was rude first she said I need a appointment to pick up my car once it was done when she called me and said it was done yesterday once i got my car they didn’t put my new door on right and broke my battery cover and put it inside the floor of car she said it not broke ma’am it got me mad then I told her I didn’t want to speak to her I talked to the technician who fixed my car which was way worse, and I had to talk to someone else finally, the guy saw that the door wasn’t put on right and he will send me a new cover to my battery never again🤦🏻‍♀️

Car has been there for 1 month i call to get an update and they tell me they gonna call back and never do. Had my mom call for me because am busy at work and they give my mom attitude. Tell her it's one part after another. At this point I just want my car back I can take it somewhere else. Im paying for a car payment and insurance but not even driving the car in the hole month of May. Very disappointed 😞 So just spoke with Anna very nice and respectful there was some miss communication but all is well and problem fix. I just need to have alittle more patients.

Dropped my car off May 14 got it back June 20th, not bad in my opinion. Good communication from the team with all the questions I had and they even let me in while they were working on it to get some paperwork I needed from inside the car. Only thing I did not like is that they didn’t put the emblem back on the trunk side. Overall it was a good experience!

Thank you sincerely to the team at Royal collision. I had damage to the whole passenger side of my vehicle. The team at Royal collision took care of all the damage to my vehicle in a short two weeks which made me extremely happy as a costumer. Any questions I had they responded quickly and honestly which if you ask me is hard to find in todays world. I reached out to several different collision company’s and all they did was give me the run around, one of those places which is higher Reputable on the internet with 5 star’s across the board didn’t even want to touch my car because of previous damage and there costumer service was a zero in my books. I would definitely recommend this place. Dropped my car off on Monday and it was finished the following week. The work looks great, the 2 ladies in the office were beyond amazing. Whenever I called they were helpful, knowledgeable, and if they didn't know the status or answer to my question they would figure it out and call me back. They have a Kemper representative on site so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of going back and forth with the insurance company, they took care of everything. I had an issue after picking up my car, voiced my opinion, and with a few days the owner took care of it because they care about customer satisfaction. From that interaction alone it shows they make sure the customer is happy and satisfied in every aspect of the process. Many bad reviews on the place seem to be old or just outright lies. Everyone was helpful, the work done looks brand new, and the process was fast and easy. Thank you Royal collision for taking such good care of my car and I. You guys are amazing
