Thank you, Aamco. Ruben and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I had got my truck fixed there and I was very pleased with that so I referred my father. He fixed his Durango and he was very pleased with that. Very high-quality work price is very reasonable. I highly recommend you go to these guys first than anybody else trust me. Wonderful experience at AAMCO. My car suddenly broke down nearby and I suspected it was transmission related. Came here thinking that but turned out to be a small brake issue. The AAMCO guys and Mike were very pleasant to work with while they quickly fixed my vehicle. I was back on the road in 2 hours! I got lucky it was a slow morning, but it was still a life saving experience. 5/5

I use to have a good experience when Mr. Mike was working here and Mr Mike was cool and fully transparant. I met this new Guy named Ruben and gave him a chance even though I didn’t feel very welcome in the shop initially. I understand I was bringing in a vehicle under warranty but he was immedietly defensive with me when I mentioned I brought my car in for a warranty for prior work they had done earlier in the year. I waas very patient when He then told me that they had to keep it over the weekend and if I took it home Friday it would be ruined. So I left it over the only weekend I had off, so they can check out the big problem. Mr Ruben failed to update me on a time or what was wrong with the car. I understand times can vary based on different factors and I do not mind being let know the updates of the car even if it takes longer. I had to call in on Monday to see exacter when it would be ready. When I called on Monday to find out an estimated time, he told me he doesnt have a time. I called back in the evening because I realized that’s ridiculous, just to find out that is wrong and that i have to take it to the dealership. If nothing was wrong initially, I don’t understand why I had to leave my car the entire weekend to find out theres not even a problem, when hé said there was clearly a big problem. My concern and Reason im writing this is because I just want to let people know Mr Ruben is not detailed on what is wrong, there was not transparency on what he is doing so please ask Ahead for full transparency. I am use to bringing my car in and having updates every so often about what is going on with full transparency. The customer service was not what I expected from Mr. Ruben, I don’t hold anything personal against him. But be careful when getting work done or working with Mr. Ruben and make sure all the right questions are asked. I have two cars, a Lexus and a Honda I was bringing here for the past year and a half and felt like I had the utmost support on any questions or help I had from the Ammco team. When the supervision and management was under a different person I had a great experience, unfortunatley, my service was definitely lost here when it changed. Wow! The negative reviews were right, especially about Ruben. I just called, and he not only talked over me as I was explaining the issue, he jumped immediately to a transmission rebuild and 2-week turnaround. To quote him, "We can do it if you have the money and the time." I will not trust this location, especially as I drive an emergency services (Mountain Rescue) vehicle. It must be reliable 100% of the time, no exceptions.

Went in with a transmission problem I had a few to pick from but I choose aamco because their technicians are certified and aamco is known for their transmission repair I never been more happier in my decision to go to aamco. The service manager by the name of Mike did not release my vehicle to me until he was 100 + 1% satisfied everything was running smoothly and correctly. And also you wanted me to bring it back in 2 weeks to make sure everything is running smoothly I am a very happy camper.

If you assume that all transmission shop should be able to properly service your transmission then how do you rate a better shop? The manager Ruben of course provides proper transmission service.
