The owner is one of the nicest / genuine people I've met so far in this area. The efficiency of his team is reflected in the labor costs on my invoice for the service my truck needed, plus parts cost was more than fair. Peace of mind that you will get honest and quality work done here, should make your decision for you alone to choose RPM. They're efficient and not like the stealerships at all. What an amazing team they have at this shop. Always honest and ethical. They let me know what I needed to do right now and what I could wait on and do later. I just wanted to go somewhere that didn't try to fix things that didn't have to be done. A friend recommended Scottys. I had an issue with my brakes pulsating. Zach squeezed me in for an inspection. They determined they brakes still had a lot of life left. They said they would replace them but if if I could live with the pulsating the brakes would last for a while. They fixed a couple minor issues found during the inspection, cleaned and adjusted everything and sent me on my way. Thanks Zach and Don. I'll be back for the brake job for sure.

I recently purchased a truck out of state and had RPM do a pre purchase inspection on it. They were so spot on with everything in their report and made me feel comfortable buying a 21 year old truck. My vehicle was running sluggish. When I put it in reverse, the steering wheel would vibrate but only in reverse. My car is 16 years old and still beautiful. I trusted the keys to Zack at Scotty’s transmission as I was leaving on a week vacation. Zack gave me a call to explain the issues. When I returnedI Zack explained the repairs. The rear driveshaft carrier baring and rear flex coupler were replaced. They also found a broken left & right motor monts which were replaced. I had pointed out my right bumper was pulling away from the front fender. After inspection it was discovered the bracket clips were broken and a new fascia bracket was installed. Long story short, I’m thrilled with Scotty’s/ RPM Automotive for their expertise in thoroughness, repairing my car back to its silky glide and spunky attitue 🤠
