They have done several repairs on my 2005 Saab and Ive never had any problems. I used to have a mechanic in danbury but coming here its worth the drive because they get stuff done and they do it fast. One time my car stayed at a shop in danbury for 4 days over a flex pipe fix lol silly but true. This shop fixed my ac and noisy muffler in a few hours. I've had my car serviced by 3 other shops now and so far this ones the best. I'll always recommend this place before any other shop in danbury and I'll keep bringing my car here for maintenance and future repairs :)

As I have a backup car (so I'm nearly never in a hurry) and knowing he’s a one-man show I knew from experience the best time to call is around end of day so as not to disturb him unnecessarily. Didn’t have to wait more than a few days to get slotted in. And since then around a year ago Renzo has serviced two of our three vehicles with no issues. Most importantly, he’s turned down two repairs outside of his current practice. In other words, it wasn’t necessarily that he could not do the work (in one case the repair of my third car would have taken up an entire bay over multiple days). Most impressive was how he accurately predicted a good likelihood my Subaru’s (primary car) warning lights indicating an imminent transmission failure may only require servicing and (more likely) the replacement of a part called a “valve body” by a transmission specialist. Now a couple of weeks since then and having just returned from his referred specialist Frank at All-Pro Transmissions of Somers the XV Crosstrek now drives as good as new where the total bill was not only for a replacement valve body, that bill (including labor) came in at around a fifth of what we were prepared to spend on a replacement transmission. Thank you for your great work, and now thank you for your great referral, Renzo.

I brought my jeep here for fluid changes and brakes. Renzo and his employee did such a fabulous job on my jeep. The dealership gave me an estimate for 2200 dollars for changing 3 different fluids. I had my serpentine belt changed. Radiator flush. 4 wheel transfer case. Differential case changed. Front brakes and rotors for less than half the estimate given to me by the dealership. My jeep feels like I just drove it out of the dealership. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to have their vehicles serviced.

I was on my way to dinner when my car randomly started shaking a lottt and after a couple of minutes my brakes stopped working. I managed to pull over to my right into a gravel parking lot which just so happened to be RRC’s auto shop. It was around 5pm when I went in and the shop was closing soon. I explained to Renzo what happened and he came out to look at my car and said I definitely need new front brakes but he’ll need to look at my car further to see what else is going on. He explained that his schedule the next day was reallyy booked but that he’d try his best to take a look at my car. He called me the next day and told me what parts I needed replaced, how much it would cost (fair price,) and said that he would order the parts right away and start working on my car. I gave him my approval and within just a couple of hours my car was ready to be picked up. It’s never fun when cars need servicing, but I am very thankful that I was in the right spot at the right time when it happened! Thank you Renzo!! 😊 10/10 recommend.
