RT is a seriously cool guy, and he knows what he's doing!! He'll work with you to fit you in sometimes because he's understanding like that. Love ALL the employees. I trust this place 100%. Their prices and mechanics are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! They've worked on our old Volvo (250,000 miles) a few times before, and that baby drives like new. 👍🏻

Not worth a darn dishonest. Only good person he had working was one mechanic. Make sure before you run your mouth at my husband you know what your talking about you were paid 15 years ago for your truck we got the title after paying for it!!!! Oh imagine that. Don't wait until we have a family loss to run it low blow .

I brought my car here shortly before I went on a trip to Texas. I have a 2006 with over 200,000 miles on it so naturally there’s probably going to be a lot to fix. I highly recommend Rob at RT Auto. He has been servicing my cars for almost 10 years. Not only is he an excellent mechanic but he does not do unnecessary work. He’s very honest and will tell you how soon something needs to be done. He doesn’t push for an immediate sale as I’ve experienced at other places. This is the kind of place where you show up as a new customer and leave loyal for life. I called for an emergency brake repair and they squeezed me into their schedule same-day despite being very busy. Frank did a great job fixing my brakes and rotors, they truly feel like new. He even checked for any other problems (didn't find any which gave me peace of mind, I appreciate him looking). But what really struck me as unique was watching the way these guys interacted with every customer who came in. Every person's situation was different and I watched them take special care of every single one. The whole team was incredibly friendly and fun to be around. The pricing was more than fair – I was so grateful for their help I offered to pay extra for getting me in same-day, which they politely declined. These guys are the definition of 5 star service. Knowledgeable, hardworking, and goodhearted people – I've already recommended them to my best friend. Thank you again RT Auto!! Love you guys!
