DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Ruiz failed to align my car correctly twice within 4 days and denied my request for a refund. Do not go here to get your car aligned!!

Best deal on a used tire better than the one by Apodaca park.I got a very nice Goodyear tire for cheap the guy was super nice and quick and efficient at installing will definitely come back and recommend him #1 honest company and he wasn’t trying to get one over on me like the other places tell me one price then try to raise it another $10 when I get there and he didn’t charge me a tire recyclable maybe he forgot idk but I wished I could’ve tipped him more because he deserved it God bless your business with many more provisions and amazing beautiful blessings!!

This is the best place in town to go for tires. They offered me affordable options - used prices and two brands of new prices all with affordable service fees. They are super friendly (very patient with me on the phone and so nice in person), were able to see me right away and got the job done quickly. I found out they do oil change and other service. Thank you Familia Ruiz. Today I found a nail in my front tire. I came in unannounced, communicated my issue, they stopped what they were doing, jacked my car up to remove tire, and started the patch immediately. I was amazed at the immediate attention, but I was not expecting to be handled onsite urgently. There father and son duo took care of me, and 15 minutes later I was off to run my errands. The are honest, and charged me a very fair price. This business is trustworthy and I will be back because of my experience today. Thank you Ruiz Tires.

I recently brought my car in to get aligned and prior to that appointment i had the tie rod ends replaced along with a few other parts. I dropped off my car with a slight right tilt and picked it up 2 hours later. While driving it i noticed the problem seemed to be worse especially on the highway. The problem was worse then when i brought it in so my father talked to Martin and he told him that it was a part issue (which wasnt noticed or brought up during my first appointment). After talking with him further he refused to fix/provide a refund for the service and told my father after he said he was going to leave a review “go ahead, im only here 2 more weeks”. Im a college student trying to make a living and I understand that problems occur but now i have to spend more money fixing his mistakes. We were nothing but polite and understanding but we will not be getting serviced there anymore unfortunately.

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK ABIUT GOING TO THIS POACE. I took my car in to get it aligned after fixing the tie rod ends and sway bar link. He had no problems doing the alignment. We paid and went on our marry way. After driving it home I noticed that it pulled more to the right. I called him the next day and he said bring back in. I took it back and after leaving he calls me and says that my tie rod needs to be replaced. I sent my mechanic over there to see what was wrong. After discussing that all the parts were brand new Martin then changes the story and then says it’s another part that I need replacing. After asking him why he didn’t look at my car before he did the alignment and charge me he responded by saying that it was not his responsibility. Um what?! Really? You’re a mechanic! Obviously he doesn’t know what he is doing or even what parts are what because my mechanic had to tell him what parts were called what. He didn’t offer to give us our money back or even fix the problem. He just blamed everything on us. When we told him we were going to let people know how he treated us he said “I don’t care. I have only two weeks left”. Inconsiderate jerk is what he is. I will never go back to this place!

Super nice people. Extremely fair prices. I had called around and one shop quoted me $108 to just replace a rear shock, not a strut, and I supplied the part. Mr Ruiz charged me that to replace a tire AND the said shock. They took me right in and we didn't have to wait. I'm forever grateful.

Went in with a flat tire. They sold me a used tire (which I requested) for only $40 balancing included. He gave me good advice, and a price quote for 4 new tires (which I'll be buying soon) and his quote was fair and reasonable. Fast, friendly service. I will definitely be going back there again.👍

My wife had a run-in with a curb and the curb won. Needed a slightly used tire as the other three still had a lot of miles left plus when I looked at the price of a new set I almost had a heart attack! Went to a few local used tire shops and was told I wasn't going to be able to find a used tire in the size I needed. I asked at one of the places who had the best selection in town and was told Ruiz Tires on Picacho. Went down and sure enough they had the tire at a good price. I had them mount on the old rim and he took off the spare and mounted the new tire all in about 20 mins. Friendly guy (think he was the owner) but didn't get his name. They also do Alignment, brakes and oil changes. I'll be using them again as I like to support locally owned businesses. (The photo is of the old tire, obviously)
