Never going to get tires there every time I go in with a tire problem on new tires that I got with them ..never fixed one always selling me a new tire ..and only had for one year and some change and the two time I go they want to replace my tire and the price gose up every time

My wife took our Sienna to the shop and had a headlight resto done. Headlights look brand new! Make sure if you get it done to keep the car out of moisture until the coating is not tacky.

Took my car here for a rotation and because my tire kept getting low on air. They said they couldn't rotate them because they don't have the equipment to lift my car up. They said they checked the tires and nothing was wrong, it was just fluctuation in pressure from changing weather. Later I traveled to Farmington and had it checked there and they found a nail embedded in the tire, said the tire had been slowly leaking for months. I drove almost 400 miles on a damaged tire because of this shop. I will NOT be coming back.

....if only I could give zero stars for the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Oscar and the other man at the tire center today were the most unfriendly and unhelpful workers at the time of my appointment today and no other customers were present; they had no other work besides the rotation and balance I had scheduled. My father purchased these tires for me and was told I could have the rotation and balance for the life of the tires at any Sam's Club as long as I had a picture of his membership card to show. After relating this story to Oscar, he insisted on giving me a hard time, saying he couldn't fulfill the work order without the club member present. After being unable to get my father on the phone, Oscar said he would offer the service this one time, but it won't be allowed in the future. I left my vehicle and when returning to pick it up, he passed me my keys and said no work had been done on my vehicle because there was a lugnut missing on the passenger side wheel. That doesn't even make sense. Any other tire shop would have gladly provided the rotation and balance and replaced the lugnut, not allowing a safety issue to be released onto the roadways. I will never return to this Sam's Club simply for this encounter today. Unacceptable!!

Store is fine. Tire center sucks. The guys see you and are BSing. I'm a mechanic and know the process. They can at least acknowledge. They need a bell to grab their attention because the qr scanner is never acknowledged. I ened up going to Las Cruces Tire on Solano for a TPMS sensor replacement. Juan too2 minutes to remove and check Tire. And about 10 to replace and install Tire back. Only cost 15.00 total. Not a waste of time like Sam's

I ordered tires from Sam’s Club Tire Center back in April and never received them. Over a month later, I spoke with Effey, the manager, who promised she would personally handle the purchase order, receive the tires herself, and call me when they arrived. I was given a $40 gas card for the inconvenience. Fast forward three months I go in, and not only are there still no tires, but my order was canceled without notice. The worst part? I originally purchased them when there was a special for free installation, and now I have to buy tires elsewhere and pay installation out of pocket. When I brought this up, Effey claimed Sam’s Tire doesn’t do free installation (which is false) and seemed to be accusing me of lying about the promotion. I asked for another manager, and Dean came over, heard my situation, and very unprofessionally told me, “We’re going to do nothing.” Absolutely no attempt to make things right. She even stated if she was in my shoes she would "just walk out". Finally, Jennifer (another manager) admitted they would honor free installation if I ordered tires from them again. At this point, I’d already given them more than enough chances. This has been the most frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly handled experience I’ve had with any retailer. I will never trust Sam’s Club Tire Center again.

Both Geo and Johnny were very professional and pleasant to work with. Even with some challenges on getting my tires off they went out of their way to get the job completed. I contacted Sam’s Club Tire & Battery after a surprise flat tire this morning that was replaced with a temporary compact tire. I spoke with Geo on the phone and later I arrived at Sam’s Club to discuss new tire options with him and he was fantastic to work with. Geo was professional, knowledgeable and courteous with all my interactions. I now have the peace of mind that I’ll be driving safely on the road with my new tires. Edgar kept us abreast on the status of our order. They called to reschedule because the tires didn’t arrive as expected. Excellent communication! While we dropped the vehicle we did some shopping. They explained all the things we were eligible and the paperwork explained it clearly also! .
