Just got back from a quick tire patch up here. Chucky was the gentleman who helped me, he was such a sweetheart even when I called on the phone about coming by, all the way through my visit. It took him about 15 minutes to do a proper patch, $25. Everyone there seemed of good nature, what an excellent experience! Highly recommend

Everyone who worked at the shop was friendly, professional, and knowledgable - I have an old beater I'm not trying to invvest in, so they set me up with a used tire they had on hand, and it took them all of 15 minutes to install. very grateful for their support during a stressful time.

They were so helpful in assisting me with a new tire. I drove to NYC and rolled over a bottle which punctured a brand new tire I had from my mechanic back in Boston. Stopped by this place yesterday 4/29/25 no appointment. I hit a deep cutout on the FDR N., in the left lane about a mile before exit 7 and bent my rim. (Be careful) I was taken immediately. Was given a good price on the repair so I ended up purchasing two (2) tires. I was there for about 45 mins. Was treated with absolute respect. You have just earned a repeat customer.

Tried scheduling an appointment after being recommended to a tire specialist over a leaking plug. The person who answered the phone said they could “patch it but no guarantees” and that they knew a better solution. When I asked what that better solution would be (as an interested and potential customer), they got rude and began asking what I don’t understand about their offer. I tried repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt and explaining my full situation, that I’d be open to “guaranteed work”, and got more condescending responses. No idea what work they would “guarantee” but I can’t imagine it being great based on this experience. Update after owner's response: It was explained repeatedly on the phone that it's a slow leak coming from the center of the tread - that's it. Whoever answered the phone didn't want to take the time to understand that much less try offering any help like selling me a completely new tire which it seems the "guaranteed" work would have been. Just another shop treating customers like garbage unless they can take advantage of you.

I had to get my tire repaired since it had a hole, and this place was beyond my expectations on how it was going to go. Very kind, friendly, informative and helpful! Patched the hole on my tire quickly! Also was honest and informed me that because the hole was bigger than expected, it might slowly leak. It has been about 4 days now and I have been keeping an eye on my tire, but it seems fine so far! They also are affordable. Not a bad price for the quick service and friendly people. Would definetly keep them in mind to anyone I know or my tire needs!
