My experience with my first Rusnak service appt for my Macan could not have gone better! Matt was wonderful to deal with and helpful in outlining the service for me. He made the experience more enjoyable. It was fabulous having the loaner vehicle for ease. Service was completed in a thorough and timely manner. And since I prepaid for the maintenance at the time of the original contact there was no charge!…a big help since it would have been expensive! The parting goodie bag of chocolates and a sparkling water was an unexpected treat! Off to a great start! Love my Macan!

Excellent service - from being greeted at my arrival, to making arrangements with the service advisor, to being kept up to date on the progress of the diagnostic service and repair recommendations. The tech crew and shop foreman seemed to be super-attentive to what was going on with my car and thorough with the diagnostic process. The service advisor was very welcoming, in spite of our preference for our own independent Porsche mechanic. He did explain the benefits of choosing Rusnak vs indie shops, and although those benefits are good enough to win us over, the bottom line on the invoice is still a deterrent. Thank you for everything!!!

Took my vehicle in for warranty service. Took two weeks to get approval and repair the vehicle. Used to be my choice of dealerships but they returned my car covered in transmission oil. Instead of cleaning it they sprayed a chemical all over the engine compartment and then tried to power wash the engine compartment. Then they bring the car to me half washed water everywhere. How I discovered the oil was when I arrived home and came out in the morning my driveway had transmission oil all over the place. The total cost of my repair was over 6000 dollars covered mostly by warranty but now faced with will my fans go out after being covered with transmission oil oil. Better not to return. I can see they do not inspect their work upon completion because if they did and let this car go out like this, what a shame. Been a customer of Russ neck for over 30 years with Mercedes Porsche Jaguar typically had good good repairs good service this is unacceptable and the fact that they tried to wash my entire Engine compartment with water. Just goes to tell you who’s running the show there very disappointed, very upset very sad nice way to ruin a vehicle.
