I don't know how someone can sleep at night knowing they scammed an innocent hard working person who has a family to support. I don't know how someone can claim to be a good person then take double what a shop would charge and then not actually fix the issue simply leaving it worse and making excuses as to how it's "perfectly fine" when it's worse than it started. and to boot not showing up to come back and actually fix it. May your karma be swift. May you receive tenfold the distress and financial strain you have created for myself and others. May you find no peace in dreams. As you will do to others, let it be done to you. May you eternally have an itch you cannot scratch.

Long story short after weeks of trying to find mechanic shops to fix my car Ryan reached out to me and came to my place of work. He and his partner fixed my car in the parking lot of my place of work before I even went home. He is absolutely professional, timely, knowledgeable, versatile, and communicative. 10/10 completely recommend

AVOID THIS BUSINESS - I WOULDN'T TRUST HIM WITH FINGER PAINTS, LET ALONE MY CAR. Brought in a "like new" hood that I needed to be painted to match the car. I told Ryan it didn't need to be perfect, but this is just unacceptable. Had to wait a month and a half for him to paint it, and that was with me reaching out to him at least once a week asking about the progress. When he decided to paint it, he did it during one of the recent freezes and the wet paint froze to a tarp he placed over it. The entire clear coat is messed up and full of chips, scratches, and hairs. The whole hood will now need to be resanded. He mentioned the paint damage and offered to fix it for free, but when I reached out to him to repair it, he stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had also told him the exact paint to use and he used a different color, insisting it was the same. As you can see in the pictures, I painted the bumper and fender the correct color and the hood is neither the right color nor metallic. So now I have to pay to have my hood painted twice.

This is a list of facts, so you be the judge. I did business with Mr. Roberts back in December. Ryan was supposed to install a carbon fiber hood and a custom front bumper. I chose to do business with him to see if I could get a good deal and to support local business. During the install, Ryan’s communication was very sparse but I didn’t think much of it. Ryan stated that my vehicle got hit by a car in the middle of the night and drove off. Unfortunately that was far from the truth. I took my car back after seeing the front bumper was destroyed but all the pieces were neatly placed in front of my car as if it was staged. He also oversprayed my headlights, cracked my carbon fiber hood, completely mutilated my washer fluid lines, and curb rashed my wheels on all sides some how. I found out through my dash cams, Ryan took my car for errands and for a joy ride and crashed it. I got confirmation from all neighbors through ring doorbell footage, dash cam, and personal accounts from neighbors of him driving the vehicle. Not to mention he disconnected my dash cam thinking it would stop recording (it didn’t). He left no gas in the vehicle, trash everywhere, and dirt everywhere. Not to mention ash marks and a smoke smell that still lingers till this day. I decided to sue him because he costed me over 7k worth of damages. I served him and took him to court. Ryan never showed up so I immediately won. After that happened, Ryan shut down his shop and blocked me. After awhile I found him again. Ryan Roberts now has a bench warrant for his arrest for not showing up to court. He has a legal obligation to garnish his assets and income from this business due to the poor judgement he possesses. Mr.Roberts shop is not insured so you cannot get help if anything goes wrong. Ryan continues to do business even though his business is illegal and not registered. Don’t worry Mr.Roberts. I’m always going to be here. I always know where you’re at.
