Not professional at all. They are ghetto. I took my car somewhere else after them because it still wasnt driving right. Found out they missed several things that could have made me wreck. I commute everyday and have children and will never go there again or refer anyone to them.

I would not use his service ever again. He will quote you one price upfront, then double the price at the end of the service. I'm ok with paying for a service, I'm not ok when the price doubles. This is not a good way to do business

Do not shop here. The owners attitude is abysmal. The prices also vary depending on his mood. There is no price list. He does not communicate in a correct manner, and does poor quality work. Will not shop again.

Their mobile tire service is awesome. Didnt leave the office. I didn't even have to move my car in the parking garage. VERY convenient for anyone with a tight schedule and/or no time to take off work. Great group of people too, it's always fun sitting in their waiting room

Quality works as you wish type of shop. Within specifications. If you just bringing request for a hookup then keep it moin. It's a business if it ain't right then bring it back. Just like the another place.

My tire blew out on the highway. He responded quickly and found me although I could tell him minimal about landmarks. Then he informed me about an oil leak and issues with other tires and performed the repairs at a reasonable fee.

I only use this garage from now on! Other places tried to upcharge me for a simple fix that S & O did in 20 min! Saves a lot of headaches and all of the employees are very sweet and hardworking guys that don't bs you. They tell you the truth and try to do what works for you! Owner is rude.. doesn't seem interested in fostering good client relations to better his business. Always has a reason why he can't look at your car right now. I'm done trying to go there. Owner seems to have problem with light skinned/whites. Actually heard him say racial things, ie..the white man..etc.

Please don’t waste your time going here. The one guy is so unprofessional. When I first pulled up I didn’t like how he approached me anyway talking bout “ what do you want” All I did was ask him the price of a used tire he told me 50$ And all I said was “that’s ok” and he instantly got mad talking bout “I’m not about to argue with you over my prices you can go to the white man. I’m sure the white men will gladly sell you one for cheap” I’m black and I was very offended by that honestly. Very positive experience with the S&O crew. I cracked a wheel on my work truck and called them up. The man I spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimate and told me to drop it off. The next day the wheel was dropped off and they fixed it during the same day before closing time. My final price was very close to an estimate and the workmanship looks good! Time will tell with that. Thanks a million for everything!

I don’t see how this business have all these positive reviews, must be friends and family. I called ahead of time for tires I was advice they had them from the conversation he didn’t seem confident that the tires we’re in good shape but I still wanted to give him the benefit of the dough so I show up and he ask am I the one whom wants the tires and I said yes he then proceeds on going back in his garage and came out with cleaning materials and continued to car was ya vehicle while remind you a customer was waiting on him and he advice me he had time to get it done. He left me there waiting without saying a word and this was such a unprofessional thing to do so I got in my car and took my business elsewhere. So as far as professional please they far from that as soon as I walk up to them they was cursing and using such unprofessional language and music. I DON’T RECOMMEND FOR PROFESSIONALS LIKE MY SELF. Mobile repair service was great! The techs were kind, friendly, professional and timely. Needed my tire removed due to a flat. My husband and I couldn’t get it off ourselves so they came out and did it. We would use their service again. The price was what they quoted us over the phone.
