Poor customer service, Dropped my car at 1 pm for an outer tire rod replacement (part provided by me) and wheel alignment, price is 198.86 At 2:20 I called to check on the progress and I’m told they are waiting on the alignment guy who went to lunch during the tire rod swap So I decided to get my car out without the alignment because I could no longer wait. So the alignment costs 80$ but my final bill of just the tire rod swap is135$ not sure how 198-80 equals 135 but when I questioned the lovely lady at the counter her answer was “You are lucky we even did the work” Needless to say I will not return to this establishment

I have all of my vehicles inspected at SALAS because of the professional courtesy and customer service they provide. One year I was in my truck awaiting service when my sugar dropped low( not because of a long wait), and had closed ny eyes when the manager came to to get my truck and asked me,"was I okay?". I said, "No." and told him why". I went inside and set down in the waiting room when he came in and gave me a couple of snack crackers to" get my sugar up". The compassion he show me that day went a long way. And you can buy a cold soda from the vending machine for .50! "The cheapest soda in town"

called at 11:45 to ask if they did inspections and if there was any wait. she told us yes they can do it and that we’re next in line, but the guy who does them would be on lunch from 12 to 1. said we could drop off the car and come back at 1, so we did. at 1 she said “he will come to get your keys when he’s ready.” then we waited 45 minutes and when we checked back with her, she said “oh he might night come back at all today”… not sure why she let us sit there an extra 45 minutes, fully aware that we called in advance. a whole 2 hour wait for nothing.
