@kent that’s not true cz I checked the price of it on Mercedes Benz website and the thermostat was 100$ and you charged me $300 more on it you guys say bunch of lies to make money plus you don’t fix a car to last just 11 month what I paid you was a lot of money what you fixed should last years not just 11 month you didn’t do the job right and you refuse to check what you messed up in my car that’s not fair after I paid you 4000 plus that’s a clear rip off

Worst place you can fix your car at , I highly suggest to stay away from this place if you care about your car and money I went there to fix my car instead of taking my car to the dealership cz the dealership is soo expensive so I went there and they were even more expensive than the dealership they don’t like to show receipts of anything to hide how they way over charge in everything I checked on the parts I needed to replace and it was way cheaper than the prices they charged me for if the part was $20 they charged me $400 for it it’s a clear rip off this shop is way worst than the dealership cz they took $4500 from me and my car broke down again same issues after couple month this guy Ken is a big scammer they refused to show me the new parts they replaced and refused to show me receipts, again if you don’t wann get scammed I highly stay away from this shop cz they’re the worst shop you can take your car too.

There’s no place in the surrounding cities that I would take my Mercedes for repairs than Import AutoWerks. Their work is exemplary and reasonable. I recently brought in my SL550 for a minor repair and, as much as I’ve enjoyed that roadster, an E350 caught my attention in the showroom. Needless to say, I’m now the happy owner of a low mileage E350! This is my 3rd Mercedes convertible and my husband has owned 2 Mercedes sedans. All but 2 of these vehicles have been serviced at AutoWerks and that’s only because of service contracts elsewhere. No matter if you’re in for an inspection, required maintenance, purchasing a vehicle or other vehicle issues, Kent and Jon are professional and a pleasure to work with. More than anything, there’s a matter of trust. I trust in their knowledge to maintain my vehicle in the best possible condition, ensuring my safety while it’s in operation.

Where do I begin? I usually always have a good report or dealings with this establishment but this takes the cake! So I bring my vehicle in for an air suspension bag issue on one side So he tells me while putting car on lift the other side goes out Now my total is double the amount! Secondly car was in worse condition afterwards Not even Drivable (Wow) So I guess my question to anyone who reads this Who should be held accountable for this situation??? Also the response I received was don’t know what could have went wrong TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE But hey You live and you learn !!!

Purchased a used ‘13 328i and we are very pleased. Car was represented honestly in my opinion. It runs and drives very well. Doesn’t appear to have any leaks as of yet and came with a 30 day guarantee on the drivetrain. Found this shop by accident. I’ve been burned by a couple local used car dealers who grossly misrepresented what they were selling. It’s very tricky trying to navigate the minefield of used car dealers in this area. This 30 day guarantee itself would have saved me huge losses at the other two dealers. Long story long, we love the car. Mr Mack was patient and answered all my questions. When it came down to two cars I took his recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. For just north of 10k we got a fun little ripper. We will likely be returning soon for another.
